Just left there from picking up an order that I placed online so it would be a little bit more convenient for me on a busy Friday night. Now what's the point of placing an online order when you guys don't even get it. .. At least that's what you told me. When I finally do get my order it's wrong and I have to wait another few minutes for you to bring outA re order of the hamburger that I wanted. I did it get the bacon that I requested so I called it in and it took another 20 minutes to bring 2 pieces of bacon out. No I'm not complaining about the quality of the food because the food quality has and always will be a 3 star... Tolerable. You guys are no Whataburger that's for sure. You had your car hops walking around in all different directions like Headless chickens.. Now I understand it's Friday and you guys are super busy from what I saw... But please pay attention in the manner that you prepare your food... It's the little details that matter. It's the little details that bring your customers back. Ordered 5 combo meals...2 of the meals were double cheeseburgers. The patties on the burgers were so burnt that they were inedible. When I called to complain about the burgers I was told I would get the combos replaced. When I arrived at Sonic the car hop was rude over the mic and came to the car with an attitude. She mad it seem like I was an inconvenience. I requested to speak with manager and she was also very rude. After having to explain the situation and waiting for 30 mins I received just the burgers and than the tots after another 15 mins. When I arrived home the patteies were burnt and the burgers just slopped together. Needless to say I will not visit this location again!
