Our server skipped over my husband 2x and didn't get his drink order or food order I had to stop her to tell her , then there was a mess up on my husband having beans on his plate and we asked for double rice and I'm a very understanding person and just asked if we could get the double rice and she said " did you tell me that " yes ,yes I did and then proceeded to roll her eyes and go back to the kitchen , ok cool fine , well she brings my sons food out and it was a burger instead of the chicken strip he asked for , so again I kindly asked her if she could get him the chicken strips this lady said " did you tell me that " yes ,yes I did and then she said did you tell me a number or actually say chicken strips ......🤔 after that she didn't come back once to our table to offer refills or anything so we had to flag down other staff just to get a drink . We are a very respectful group of people (10) of us to be exact and but the one server was just awful and didn't enjoy her job at all ..the food was mediocre and cold .spending $140 for meh service and food was kinda a bummer after a long day traveling home ..I can tell you tho alot of the girls working at the counter were...

Went in about 7pm (20 July, 2019), and asked for a table for 6. Waited about 10 minutes, they seated a table for 20. Cool. They were there before us. But, then 2 parties of 2, and 4 people respectively show up, and they get seated. When asked if they can do something, they say they can't. Another party of 2 shows up, and they got seated. They had the tables available. They OBVIOUSLY, didnt want to be bothered. This will be the last time for quite a while that I'll elect to VOLUNTARILY eat there again. Like I said, they had 2 empty tables they could have put together. They were just lazy, or simply didn't give a damn. Total wait time about 30 minutes, and 3 times asking if they could seat us. Food so good you’ll think your mom is in the kitchen—that is if you grew up with your mom cooking authentic Mexican fare. Prices are cheap, the service is prompt and friendly and did I mention the food? I came for the Huevos Rancheros and was amazed at how authentic the food tasted—unlike your typical restaurant fare. My only disappointment was the bacon. It had clearly been cooked well before I ordered, and by cooked I mean overcooked, dry and ready for a salad as bacon bits. The chorizo is the better option.
