The Checkout Experience at the Hobbs Hobby Lobby is the worst.
Every single time I come here I have a good experience UNTIL I get to the checkout. There's always a handful of people upfront but only 1 register open. Alot of customers are waiting to be helped. What's frustrating is watching employees look at the lines and walk away and do nothing about it.
As a Customer I do not understand why the Front End Manager does not get on a register. I don't know how the company operates but as a paying customer if I'm waiting in Line People better be hustling onto these registers.
The FACT that this happens every single time without exception - means that this store and the management simply don't understand what it means to offer a good Customer experience at the checkout. This needs to be a priority for this store and permanent change to do much better. Again I'm sure many people enjoy coming to shop here but the checkout experience ruins the entire trip.
The store does alot of things that are right and good but doesn't seem to care at all for the ending experience which is a shame. The front end needs to be operating with a sense of urgency and respect for...

Making us miserable because she was having problems at home but she would bring it to work taking it out on us. These ladies are on their feet all day and yelling across the store is very unprofessional. From a...
Read moreEven when I am shopping for the most trivial thing, or an item I have forgotten what exactly to call it...in some way, the employees band together and help. I know it can be frustrating, but I thank them each and every time. Retail workers never get enough credit for what they do, especially in this store. Over the years most of them went from acquaintances to friends, even when I lost my first child. This store gave me the idea to build my own...
