Staples — Local services in Hobbs

10/ 29/25 approx. 730 pm I went into the store to get a few copies made that I desperately needed and to purchase ink for my printer. Male cashier said l could use the self service but l brought in cash. He informed me he couldn't leave the cash register. He told me his manager, who was sitting on the opposite side of the store, was too busy to help me. Why is the store open if they can't wait on their customers!!!!!! He suggested I go over and asked her to help me after he had talked to her and her knowing what I was needing. Lol. I just stood there, she is looking at me and l am looking at her. She walked across the store and told me she didn't have time to help me but.... she took the time to walk across the store to tell me that......I said it would just take a minute, she refused and walk away! As l was leaving the store the cashier said l didn't know how to take NO for an answer. I stopped walking and he said he could have me forced out. I said, really, l started walking again and he said he could call the police, l stopped again and said do you really want to do that! He was trying to exercise his authority! He was rude, rude, rude to me.. l said l won't be back! What a terrible experience...... just to try to get a few...

Same day order and pick up is a joke at this location, I ordered the product needed at 10am and I arrived at 5:50 pm to pick it up, I was told at that point that the product I ordered came in on June 28th and that they had not finished working the truck and had not yet located the product, the 28th was 3 days ago and yet the product still has not been unloaded or stocked but yet it’s clearly available online. I asked to speak to a manager, who came to tell me how short staffed they are and that she herself was going through totes trying to locate the products ordered (May I add that the manager was wearing bright pink slippers and after I walked out of the store she walked to her car to get in and smoke). As a former manager of a big box retailer I know that the cavalier attitude towards working stock is not acceptable. Completely unprofessional...

It was the worst place ever... I don't think I'd ever go again.unless ther are more professional worker ..... I went in to send a fax and not all people know how to fax I ask for help and I stood waiting for 10 min.. And they see me and ignored me and helped others that were ther after me 😡 then finally I got help and of course she did a half ass job and only sent one paper which was the cover sheet and charged 5$ came home and had to drive back to send it again and some workers were sellin eachother stuff VERY cheap like 2$ while I was their again waiting till ther done screwing over the store another 10 damm minutes.. Where Is the porfessionalisum in this store and...
