Albertsons Market — Local services in Hobbs

The store itsself I have not had issues with. Its the Pharmacy. In October I transfered 6 medications from Walgreens over to Albertsons online. On 10/31 I went to pick up said medications, I was told one out of stock, and of the 6 I sent over, they only had record of 2. About an hour later I received a call from Albertsons, I was told Walgreens had no record of me in their pharmacy. Um ok been using them for years near my home. Today I got a message from my insurance company showing that Albertsons had submitted for payment on a medication I did not need, did not ask for, nor had I transfered it from Walgreens. When I called whomever answered the phone was not only impossible to understand but not at all helpful. After 10 frustrating minutes I hung up. I Called my insurance company. Turns out Albertsons did request payment on 7 medications on 10/31. The 6 I transfered and the one I didnt. Because I was told they didnt have my meds, I have spent the last 2 weeks bugging walgreens, when albertsons had them all along. Frustrating. Now I understand why Albertsons...

New at being disabled after spending basically 14 weeks bed and chair bound, staff was helpful and very polite, before this condition it would upset me to see people that parked in the handicap area and walk just fine now and abusing their tag.

Just a suggestion now that I'm not able to walk more than a couple of steps and sometimes about 50% I can't get parked in the handicap area and still have to depend on my wife or son to get a motorized cart for me. I hope one day a covered station with charging ports for the stores motorized carts could be installed so that those of us who really need it and can move a few steps can feel more independent and free. I know it would cost money but I'm sure a grant or some kind of funding from the city, county, state, federal or company could make it happen. I feel that the one girl up front by self checkouts is alil racist or has issue for not once but 2x she came at My husband with accusations of stealing. First time we went thru check out for a bottle waters I stepped back to grab something else told husband pay n I'll be behind so we walking out she rushed up on him bout receipt. Which we had thought was kindof weird but okay let it go. 2nd visit he was getting me some Starbucks while I went to use restroom. We got stopped in store asking to see what was in Starbucks bag cause he grabbed some napkins for while he was waiting he grab something to munch on n paid for it at self checkouts again. They literally thought he hid two Starbucks cups in my bag I gladly showed them. Nothing there. I get security n ppl do steal but mayb not 2x in a week coming at the only black man who was in area.
