Negative 1000 stars if possible. I came in with my mom and grandmother and had the worst dinning experience of my life. The first thing that went wrong was having to chase someone down for silverware. This should have been the first red flag of what was to come. The waiter didn't say sorry only that they ran out during lunch time. Mind you it was 330 in the afternoon. We ordered and he had to ask multiple time what I wanted because it was to much work to write it down.... he continued to complain about how busy the day had been. I came to enjoy my mothers day not hear about how sad your life is. Next came the food. I ordered a French dip pretty hard to mess up. It came out upside down and looking like it had sat out for 3 hours. They did not bring the au jus. So I had to wait... He brings it finally I go to dip said sandwich and take a bit and it was so cold I dropped the sandwich because it startled me. I called him over and said need a replacement this is not okay... like any normal person. The manager brings a new one after my family was already half way done. Says sorry and leaves. Next, the check comes and I expect some kind of compensation for the inconvenience. Nope, I asked the waiter and he looked at me like I was crazy and need to talk to the manager. First, your employees are not empowered to help.... poor customer service. The manager comes back and tells me since I ate my food there was nothing he could do... Really, I came for dinner and you expect me to not eat in order to not charge me for my meal. He has a Napoleon complex and has no idea how to take care of the customer. They were also "selective" in who they gave a free carnation to the mothers. It's really sad that the people of Hobbs are stuck with such limited options. We will never be back!!! I hope the health department checks in on them for serving cold and under cooked food. I wish the very best to anyone that decides...

I had previously posted a great review and I had to edit it today, because of the service my friend and I received approximately 1:00-2:00 pm today. We were seated several staff members walked over us like we were invisible, the waiter went to 2 different tables around us laughing and visiting at one table while we sat there for approximately 15 minutes without any one even taking our drink order. I called the front from my phone asked the hostess why we were being ignored at that time the waiter came up after ignoring us for 15 minutes or so, I told my friend he could order and I would sit there while he ate, I told the waiter I wouldn't eat because I felt like he would spit in my food, you guessed I was wearing my Trump 2020 cap, I layed it on the table I always take of my cap or hat to eat. I believe because of my political beliefs I was ignored and treated unfairly. I have been to this restaurant many times and had good service and food until today. I was extremely upset by the treatment we received, I left without ordering and will not be back. I thought this was still the United States of America and I had the right to my beliefs, apparently not here today. I work in the Oil and Gas industry and this industry pumps a lot of money into Hobbs economy, but I will not spend my money in a place that does not support our industry. God Bless America Trump...
