I was highly dissatisfied with the customer service here! I WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SHIFT LEADER!! I've been a manager for the restaurant industry, and if she was one of my shift leaders, I would've fired her for coming at a customer about the situation the way she did with me. There is no reason to shake your head with attitude and get in my face and be made because I was unaware the drive thru was closed. I go thru the driver thru, which was an open lane.. I did notice cones off to the side but not in the middle of the lane for me to know it was closed.. so I drive in the drive thru thinking it's open.. I see not signs or papers stating that it is closed.. so I wait for my order.. then after 5 minutes I think to myself MAYBE we have to order at the window.. me not being a local customer as I came traveling for work.. so I drive up.. I wait and the girls are blasting their music thru a speaker by the window.. I'm still waiting for someone to attend to me confused and then I see this girl just shaking her finger no at me as if I'm supposed to know what that means.. so then I call the store and ask to speak with a manger, and the girl states "I guess I'll go get her" I say thank you and wait. A woman comes to the window and she screams thru the window "we aren't open!" I respond with, "im waiting on the manager." She then throws the window open with anger telling me again, "we aren't open thru drive thru!" At this point I'm livid with the attitude and the head shaking. I tell her I want to speak to the manager and she comes back at me with, "im the shift leader my supervisor ain't on duty so you have to deal with me.. so like I said the drive thru ain't open.." so I tell her nicely (holding in my frustration because I'm shocked by the rude attitude and tone being thrown at me).. "I would suggest as the next of kin down from the manager, you should place papers or signs letting people know that your drive thru is closed so people are aware. You literally have 5 more vehicles behind me probably thinking the same thing I'm thinking, yet there's no reason to believe it's closed." Then she goes raising her voice at me AS A SHIFT LEADER.. telling me that they put cones and "someone ran them over a long time ago!" Okay lady, so if that's the case.. then why don't you go put signs still IF YOU ARE AWARE THE CONES ARENT WHERE THEYRE SUPPOSED TO BE?! I can not believe the experience I had here with the so called SHIFT LEADER. I see she has horrible customer service, she's leading her other employees down the wrong direction when it comes to being a great remodel as how you should handle situations with customers who don't understand what's going on. I'm not sure if her supervisor is the same but I hope not, because I will be calling later to get ahold of her when she is there. Read moreYou need to install some signage and perhaps even stripes to demark drive through and rear exit of your parking lot. The lot is very tight and people in the drive though block everything by being exactly in the middle, rather than staying left. Many may not be aware of the back exit. Today I had a confrontation due to people actively trying to block me from getting to the rear exit. (I assume they thought I was trying to get ahead of them in the drive through? Really? Give me a break!).
I think it is supposed to be one way for people actually dining in or picking up (in front out rear). If not it should be, as it is very difficult and unsafe to go back out the front, with people coming off the main road and essentially doing a u-turn at speed into the lot, along with people coming from Walmart lot. Read moreI was reminded this morning of why I never go to the Starbucks here in Hobbs, I only came because I have a gift card downloaded into my Starbucks app but I’ll save the rest of that for when I’m traveling elsewhere. I placed my order on the app so I could just walk in and get it but of course when I got there it wasn’t ready and they told me that they wouldn’t have what I ordered until after nine, mind you I placed my order at 7:45, so I asked for something else which was about half the cost of my original order and I didn’t even get refunded the difference.
