Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hobbs

This used to be the best Taco Bell in Hobbs but there seems to have been a change in management this place is horrible rude, they now say that they can't ring up your order inside and that you must use the kiosk not so much a problem other than the fact the kiosk will not print a receipt must be text to you or emailed of which they do not need this information and when you ask for a receipt they get hateful and rude about it and maybe I'm just of a different generation but I do not like to doing a job for someone that they're getting paid for this is their job not mine. with the extra time they have from me doing their job they could at least clean the bathrooms been in PortaJon's that was clean ..... washing you hands would be a waste of time. GOOD PLACE TO NOT GO .... I would if the health department know how nasty...

Honestly, I love Taco Bell but the service here at the Joe Harvey Taco Bell is HORRIBLE. The kids that work here need to work on their customer service. And they can’t even count tacos but yet they do this for a living... I don’t usually post bad reviews but this has happened multiple times to me. How hard is it tho? They either forget some of my items or completely mess my order up and I don’t even ask for anything extra or special except how the food comes. So my bf goes to the door and the little lady working the drive thru walks up and just tells him to go to the drive thru meanwhile he’s telling her we’re missing one chalupa. (Drive thru line was crazy) SMH! She rolled her eyes at him and walked off so we waited in line again and our other food got soggy. Taco Bell...

I only gave 1 star so that I could give my review..this place has gone to sh!+ in a handbag..the last 4 times I've come , my order has been wrong..today, after 2 months of giving you a rest , nothings changed. One of my chalupas had nothing in it but a big piece of lettuce, some sprinkles of cheese and sour cream ..when I pulled my food out, I found, what looked like what was supposed to be in the chalupa spread in the bottom of the bag😡. Other times I have come and I get more shell than taco meat or fillings...What happened to good work ethics people?! Are our managers not around so much that your employees won't do their job or do you all...
