Whit's Frozen Custard brings the taste, the vibes, & superior customer service!

As first time visitors we were welcomed and introduced to our options by the owners. They instantly relieved the first time anxiety of visiting a new establishment.

We went went with carmel apple and Buckeye Madness which we both really enjoyed.

The seating area is complete with piano, size chart (to take pictures of growing kids), games, a movie was playing (Toy Story), and even a comfy couch and chairs.

Whit's is great and it is a good addition in Lancaster. I think that it would be nice if the evening hours extended into the late spring and summer months. It seems to always be busy later, which is great, but the staff has seemed overwhelmed and the quality of food and service has shown that to a degree. Also, sort of unrelated, but the Lancaster location is very nice overall, but the smell of cleaner and/disinfectant very much dominates when you walk in. Not sure why, but it is a little off-putting in an environment where you are...

Just stopped in here not too long ago and I have to say that the staff and service were some of the best I've ever received! They take incredible care of their customers and their prices are awesome for the portion sizes. They also offer samples, which is doubly awesome. Really great custard, A+ topping selection, and a big ol' place to sit. I plan on coming back soon. I highly recommend dropping in for anyone thinking about having a cold treat...
