I called in way ahead. was given a time of 3pm. Upon arriving waited to get my food. When I got in my car and drove away I tried the food. it was all cold. I called them three times. First time they stated not taking any more orders and hung up. I called back, someone picked up the phone and never said a word. I could hear everything going on there. Noone ever picked up the phone. I hung up and called back this time someone answered the phone, was very pleasant but told me she couldn't help me. She called over someone else who listened to my complaint. took my phone number and promised to call me back tonight. No phone call ever came. Very disappointed and will never go...

I have been going here for a few years, and usually have a chicken curry,.This dish according to the menu is spicy, however I always ask for extra spicy as I like it quite hot. Last time I requested this there was virtually no spice at all, I tried again last night and double checked they got the extra spicy request. Again the curry had virtually no spice, and was bland. I gave it to my wife to finish, and she cannot handle spice at all, showing the level of spice. Twice in a row now is too much, I will go elsewhere from now on.
