McDonald's — Restaurant in Holden

Waited 10+ minutes to receive our food COLD. We were never parked or told what the reason for the wait was. Ordered a grilled chicken snack wrap and when I got it, again it was cold. There was no ranch on it, and it looked as if it was all just thrown onto the wrap and then that was it. The QP with cheese was also cold and the bun was HARD, not toasted literally hard as if it was left out of its bag all night and then used. As a former employee of this exact McDonald's and my mom a former manager for this McDonald's we are highly disappointed and very dissatisfied with the food and also the workers. While we were waiting for our cold food we were watching the the staff behind front counter and in the window playing on their phones, gossiping with eachother, and just standing around. No amount of renovations could make up for the the bad quality food and service from here. I am so disgusted by this. Made me want to walk into the kitchen and show them just how easy it is to properly make the food. Also, if you like old food then you're all set. They put timers on all food made but hardly ever throw it out after it's gone bad and hardly make fresh food if theres still food made regardless if its past it's...

It is currently monopoly game season the store ran out of soda cups with the game piece. They did have coffee cups with the game piece. I asked to get a coffee with my meal I was told they can not make that kind of substitution . I asked why, I got a blank dumb stare. The cashier looked so confused. my soda and fries did not have game pieces the only game piece I did get was from the nuggets. The food came out just barley past luke warm like they warmed it up then cooled it down somehow. The dam nuggets was luke warm aren't they and the fries to be made to order. there was no one there they should have fired up a fresh batch. Cheese was half melted . I almost sent it all back but wanted to get out of there quick because the plumbing was bad and the place smelled of a backed up toilet. Also at this time there were more employees eating than customers I bet their food was fresh to order nice and hot. The food should be at body temperature or a little higher. Also this location most items and meals are .50cents to $1.50 more than other locations. Now im waiting to find out if I get sick or not. Cross finger's. I do not recommend this McDonald's by far the worse one...

There is a staff member on Drive thru that consistently makes a mistake on my coffee. I will correct her as it shows on the screen and she argues it is correct. Usually I can ask at the window and they correct it. On 9/15, after arguing with me she had it right, I pulled to the window where male roughly pushed the coffee at me and walked away before I could ask. I was distracted and pulled away forgetting my hash brown. I returned and went inside to ask for it. The same male was getting something from a cabinet so I said excuse me 3 times and then he started to walk away. I started to tell him I forgot my hasbrown and he cut me off saying he knew and he was too busy to help me, I had to go to the drive thru to get it. I asked for a manager. Showed her the receipt and explained the issue with coffee as well as that behavior. She nodded saying I’m sorry multiple times. I let her know this is consistent and has been this way for a...
