Filthy restaurant, service was even worse. I walked in and all three workers were sitting at the tables. Ordered a foot long turkey. All the scraps that fell onto the cutting board were placed back into the bins for the next customer instead of being discarded. I was rung up with a Tuna sandwich but ordered a Turkey. Swiped my gift card and was told it was declined. I told the worker that I just used the gift card the previous weekend and still had $15+ on it. I was told "The computer is never wrong. There is no money on it." I asked him to punch in the numbers because the computer is wrong and the swiper is not working. He said "No, there is no money on it." I paid with my credit card because I didn't want to be belittled any more. Rest room was out of order. I asked if I could wash my hands somewhere and was told no. I sat down at the table and found the tables to be dirty even though no customers where there although the employees were just sitting around at the dirty tables. I called the customer service number on the back of the card and sure enough $14.63 was on the card. I told the worker that "the computer was wrong". I asked for my receipt to call Subway corporate with my experience. He dug the receipt out of the trash, threw it at me, and helped the next customer wearing the same gloves he just rummaged through the trash with. Between the dirty tables, out of service bathroom, the unsanitary food conditions, and the dirty gloves digging through trash I lost my appetite, threw away my sandwich and went across the street to Brilla Coffee. I guess Subway corporate doesn't read reviews or they just don't care about...
Read moreHorrendous customer service.
They treat you like an inconvenient obstacle instead of a customer.
They put the bare minimum effort into preparing your food and ALWAYS speak in an aggressive tone. The owner and his wife are usually the only people working here.
I knew someone who worked here once and they constantly used them for rides to places while outside of work.
These people literally only care about themselves. They will literally hand you your food with a smug face and not so much even say thank you.
I’ve been living in this town for a long time and they’ve always been like this for the past 5+ years. It seems to only get worse.
You’re better off getting a sub at the sandwich shop at big y down the road where they have better ingredients and a much friendlier staff for the basically...
Read moreThe quality of the sandwiches (and service) has continued to decline over the past 4 visits when I have picked-up lunch or a quick on-the-go dinner. I am aware that it is a Subway and not expect much but tonight was the last time I will ever give this particular location a shot. The young man that made tonight's sandwich just didn't care. His lack of effort made evident by the stale bread that was used which was torn apart (top from bottom) instead of cut. I wish I could add the picture I took because it would be worth the laugh. As soon as I unwrapped the sandwich, it fell apart in pieces because the bottom of the bread had been ripped in 3 places. The sandwich was terrible and I just tossed it, chalking it up as a $8 lesson. Subway in Holden,...
