First off, I am an experienced restaurant manager in both fast food and fine dining. So, I understand your industry and the mentality of working with food. With that said, I was absolutely appalled with my experience. My family ( approximately 5 people) wanted Arby's. I went to an Arby's I have frequented before for my food. Sure, it was a Friday night, but I doubt I was the biggest or most difficult order that evening. I ordered $67 worth of food that consisted of 5 sandwiches, various sides and a kids meal. I waited for the front. I didn't order drinks, but they thought I did. apparently that was a big deal to your staff...then after paying, because I know it can take time with the sandwiches, fryer ect... I offered to pull up and wait. The employee not only said no, but said he didn't really care and didn't know how far they were. He then asked how far they were and a frustrated "working on it" was hailed...so that couldn't have helped my situation. Less than like 2 minutes later, my food was 'ready'. I asked for a handful of sauce- I got 2. I excused it because of the size of the order. After getting our food home (less than 10 minutes) not only is none of the food warm, but the dipping sauce was 1/4 of what we should have gotten, the fries and sides were poorly placed, no napkins were included, my burgers and sandwiches were so cold there's no way they were at least 155 degrees internally 10 minutes ago. So...last night my wife and I ate the food anyway. What a mistake that was.... Nothing was cooked correctly and if it was cooked, it was undercooked. My wife spent most the night puking and experiencing diahhrea while I have had serious internal issues and diahhrea to cap. So we paid $67 for food poisoning...and this wasn't poor service. Read moreI just went through the drive thru and the guy who took my order was very nice! As I’m sitting at the window waiting for my food the guy who took my order walked away and one of the guys from the kitchen walks over and opened the drive thru window and proceeded to throw a 10lb chunk/slab of burning hot roast beef through my car window and right onto my lap and then walk away. I sat there for a second trying to process what just happened then it started burning me so I picked it up and set it on my center console. Then the guy who took my order came back to the window and asked if I was ok and was apologizing profusely, then the guy who tossed the roast beef at me came back and threw something at the guy who took my order and it hit him right in the chest! Me and the guy who took my order just looked at each other in disbelief and were both very confused at what just happened and why that kid was so mad. Needless to say, that was the worst most odd experience I’ve ever had at a fast food drive in! I hope the guy who went on the food throwing rampage gets some serious help! Read moreWorst Arby’s I have ever eaten at! The customer service was horrible! My sisters and I had just visited my sick dad at Huntsman. Left late, and decided Arby’s sounded good. We stopped at the Holiday Arby’s at 8:45. The door read the lobby was open until 10om and drive up open until 12am. We order, wait to get our food. My 12 year old daughter went to get our food, and the manager on duty has our food in bags, and asks if we can take our food to go. She didn’t know what to say as he asks what sauces we would like. I’m confused, I ask if he is really kicking us out, what kind of place is this?!? He said he didn’t have enough staff to have the lobby open, so we would need to take our food to go so he could lock the door. I wasn’t very nice and said we could clean up after ourselves. We had an hour drive home, and didn’t want to eat in my sisters new car. We sat and ate any way, cleaned the crumbs off the floor, and even got the cleaner off the counter to clean off the table we ate on. So very dissatisfied...
