I've always loved Crown Burger and was so excited when I heard they were coming to Holladay. Granted, thus location is not a sit down eatery, but you can walk-in and place your order to go, or do what most do now and order online. I went in today and was itching for something outside my normal Crown Burger and shake. That's when I found out they will offering souvlaki bowls at this location TOMORROW!! I was even lucky enough to get a "sneak peek" today!! All I can say is YUM!!! Read moreonly gave this one star so I could leave a review. Surprised and HAPPY to see this Crown. Chicken souvlaki is not chicken souvlaki. It's dryer than like the worst sweet and sour chicken you've ever had. and it has red seasoning all over each nugget of dry chicken. It was so dry and overly spiced with nothing close to tasting like Greek Souvlaki Chicken Meat. No Oregano ... no onion or zucchini.. the only reason I would have known it was chicken souvlaki is because there was a lemon wedge and warm tzatziki with two slices of pita $8.00. Read moreTo start the bad, the onions are raw, so they are over powering. The special sauce is basically the same sauce as in n out. So if you want to actually taste the burger make sure to not get these toppings. The good is that once I wiped these toppings off the jr crown burger it was delicious. The pastrami was tender and flavorful, the patty was cooked, seasoned and still juicy. I also got the sweet potato fries which were very enjoyable. Side note the fry sauce is ketchup and mayonnaise, it's ok but there was something about it that had a sting to it, like the ketchup had too...
