I waited until I’d had every sandwich on the menu before leaving a review. Really delicious home style sandwiches, many of them are a bit bland but I think that is the style they are going for so I won’t knock off a star. Customer service is great! Only complaint is that I don’t think any of the sandwiches have onions or mustard on them. It’s like the owners have a vendetta against things that are really flavorful haha. Regardless, I still really enjoy their sandwiches, particularly the Workman. Some sandwiches that you’d think are really flavorful end up being somewhat simple and a bit bland for my personal taste, my only suggestion would be add more sauce, add onions, add mustard but I don’t even think these are options so you get what you get and it is still delicious. Also I don’t think they know what pickles are but alas like I said I think they are trying to emphasize their bread by making the flavors really simple. Reminds me of sandwiches my grandma...

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW MANY HUNDREDS OF DOLLAR I HAVE SPENT HERE BECAUSE I LOVE IT SO MUCH!! over the years I have gone countless times for lunch. I have NEVER had a bad experience here. The employees are always mega kind, and so so helpful! It feels like home here! I have tried almost every item on their menu, and I can say with complete confidence that EVERYTHING is FABULOUS. For a while, I had their menu hanging on my fridge, and I'd check off a different thing each time I went. When food is that good, you just have to try it all! My personal favorites are the turkey goddess sandwich, the yardbird salad, and the turtle cookies. (Pardon me while I wipe the drool off of my face....) My whole family agrees that this location is the best, and most popular. Even through their transition into their new building, their quality and friendliness has been consistent. HOLLADAY GREAT HARVEST- THANK YOU FOR BEING SO AMAZING!!!! I...

They have tasty pastries.

However, the lack of transparency made me stop doing business with them. Not sure if this is still the case but there used to be a hidden surcharge on card payments. I know card companies charge about 3% transactiom fees it is justifiable for businesses to charge a little extra to cover the fee. However, this place did that without making that transparent at all.

Also, they would once in a while send text messages informing of discounts. For some reason, the cashier didn't give me the discount and was waiting for me to make the payment. I pointed it out. The cashier gave me an annoyed stare then gave me the discount. The lady in front of me got her discount without having to ask for it. Was I discriminated or was the cashier just incompetent? Anyways, another shady practice I was not happy about.

It is a shame when good products are not combined with ethical practices you expect...

Great Harvest has just reopened at their new (old) location. They were once located at this address before a major renewal project caused them to temporarily relocate. Now they're back and their new store is quite large (by Great Harvest standards) and it affords a generous area for customers choosing to eat on premise. The staff is well-informed, friendly and eager to please. The bakery products are excellent, but on the pricy side for those who would define "value" and "inexpensive" in a similar way. My one great complaint is that their coffee is pedestrian. They have no espresso machine - so don't bother ordering a latte. The quality of the coffee experience is somewhere south of McDonalds, which is disappointing for an upscale bakery that invites a sit-down clientele. .

Update 2/12/22 - sadly my review has gone from 5 stars to 1. We buy a lot of bread and have been for about 8 years since we moved to the area. The issues are, Prices have gone up, which would be fine except, it becomes an issue when the size, the loaves are now about 30-40% smaller. Quality, the loaves are not near as good and start to mold and become inedible in about half the time. and lastly, customer service has not just dropped, but fell off a cliff. What really hit hardest was we visited another location and it has kept the standards we were used to. I am afraid we will be looking elsewhere for bread and maybe making the trip to another location since this one is terrible. I recommend avoiding.

Seeing a Great Harvest store is like seeing a beacon of light to all the comfort foods! Breads, muffins, rolls, brownies, COOKIES, sandwiches, soups and more! It's also a great place to get some seriously darling gifts too. I like making housewarming gift baskets, from their items. 🎁❤ We especially love their cinnamon rolls, sticky buns, cheese loaves, cookies and sandwiches! If we know we're going on a long road trip, Great Harvest is the perfect stop, to grab some hearty eats! Everything and everyone in their shops are so heartwarming, that you can always taste the love that they put into their food, that's why they're fam favorite! ❤🥐🍪🥪
