Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Holladay

Pizza is always great and convenient, but if you try to call and order anytime after 7:15PM (closes at 8) they won’t answer the phone to take your order.

This is the fifth time it’s happened to us, each time we drive and order in person and the place is slow. Before we called tonight, we joked that we bet they won’t answer, and we were right. Drove down and there was no one in the shop and all the teenagers that work there just sitting around looking at their cell phones-obviously disappointed we walked in at 7:30PM. The phone rang while we were in there, and guess what? It went unanswered even as one worker sat doing nothing.

I love Papa Murphys thin crust Veggie Supreme pizzas. The 2 girls working at this particular store were pretty blah~zzA They showed No Customer Service Skills At All. One literally took my order then sat on a stool and looked at her the phone the whole time my pizza was being made by the other girl. When I asked to buy some topping for the pizza both looked miffed one, because she had to go open a new box from the back, and the other had to look up from her phone to check me out again. EXTREMELY stingy with coupons. I brought in a BOGO that we had received in the mail 2 weeks ago but apparently the offer didn't start until the day after I brought it in?... And they wouldn't let me use it, told me to come back later. Another time I had a coupon that was good for discounts on "up to 3 pizzas". They would only give me the offer for one even though I pointed out the section on the coupon, it was pretty clear on the coupon but was a struggle in the store.
