Taco Time has been a staple for a while but unfortunately I think I need to talk to Matt the manager who makes the rules about the allotted sauce packet amount. I had purchased three crisp meat burritos and the total came to $15..... I requested three packs of sauce for each burrito. The poor lady that was caught in the crossfire was just doing her job but informed me that they only allowed two packets per burrito..... To say that I was a little bit frustrated was an understatement! I just spent $15 on three crisp meat burritos and you can't give me three more packets for my order. The lady told me I could buy a whole bottle of it for five more dollars but I wasn't having that! I didn't get your full name Matt but if you're the manager of this facility and you see this post I would ask you kindly to reconsider limiting sauce packets for your customers! You charge a premium for your food I think it would only be reasonable of you to know that your customers want your sauce put on your food that they just purchased. Now don't get me wrong if someone's being ridiculous and wants way more they than they could use on the food they're eating at the time then I can understand limiting somebody but three more packets for my entire order, I just told the lady I thought it was silly, and I do think it's silly Matt. Feel free to reach out but for now you're not going to get a good rating...
Read moreYet another company's employees trying to take advantage of covid as an excuse to provide lousy service. Tried to go into the dining at 7:45 and it was locked. I asked one of the 4 employees playing around outside the store what was going on and was told they close the dining room for takeout at 7:30. Never mind I had just gotten take out there a week before well after 8:00. If I were the franchise owner I would be livid to see how the labor I was paying for was being spent. Went through the drive thru and the "crisp" bean burrito I got was soggy and soft and had obviously been sitting under a heat lamp far longer than it was supposed to. In the past when getting takeout i would get a side of ranch but now have to pay for it because due to covid they have to fill the cups themselves and so you're paying for the labor charge to fill them. Heaven forbid I take an employee away from his recess time outside to fill a ranch cup. A disappointing experience to say the least and I will...
Read moreI ordered 2 crisp bean and cheese burritos and a large stuffed mexi-fry. 2 of my favorites from taco time. I paid for all the items, didn't get a receipt and only had 2 items in the bag. My husband went in to see what happened and the man accused my husband of trying to "steal" another burrito from them. He then told my husband "it's in the bag, go look again!" My husband then came out, grabbed the bag and took it in to show them that there was only 1 burrito and the mexi-fries (which wasn't the right size either). The man then told my husband that it must be in the car. My husband told him no. The man then said, "I only charged you for 1 burrito." My husband came back out pretty mad and asked for the receipt and I told him we didn't get one. He got back in the car and just wanted to leave. To say this wasn't a pleasant experience is an understatement. Very disappointed. We most likely will be going out of our way to...
