I recently had the pleasure of visiting Goog's Pub and Grub, and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! This place truly deserves every single one of its five stars.

Hi there, I am writing in regards to a visit that took place this evening. This was our first visit to your establishment, we read some reviews, and signed up for a E club coupon today before we arrived. We had a little bit of a wait, and then we were seated, after about 10 minutes the server came, and she give us adequate service. The food we received was great. The burger and chicken sandwich were delicious. We paid in cash, checked out, and went to our car. On the way to our car we realized we forgot to use the coupon we received earlier in the day. My wife promptly went back inside, less than 60 seconds after we walked out the door. The ladies at the front were not friendly, and unwilling to do anything about the coupon we had. It would have been very easy for them to give us five dollars back, this was one of the reasons we visited your establishment, but because we forgot to use it before we paid the bill we were out of luck? We should have walked back in, taking the tip off our table, and then try to arrange something else. The ladies also said if we had not paid in cash it would've been easier to give us money back, I'm not sure how paying in cash gets to penalized for something like this.

The food was good, the customer service, not so much. We live an hour away so coming back to use the coupon is not likely, we would like something to be done about this...

Edit to the original post listed below: Palmer, the GM, reached out to us tonight after our experience and we had a great conversation. He was a very nice guy. After speaking with him, he asked us to give them another try. Because of how sincere and kind he was, we will be doing so. We will post another edit to this after we go back soon and let you know how it was.

We will never go back again! The food may be great, but it's not worth the price of the terrible service! The waitress disappeared for the entire 35 minutes it took to make our burgers and never even checked on us while we waited. Neither my wife, nor I, ever got a refill the entire time. After she finally dropped the food off, she again didn't come back until after we were done eating! When I spoke to the manager Brad, all he could say was that she's been there for 12 1/2 years and must have been having an off night. He actually said to us, "I said I was sorry, but if one bad experience is enough to not bring you back, then I can't do anything about that." He was too busy defending his waitress to even listen to what I had to say. He never made one offer to make the experience right! So yes Brad, one bad experience is enough to not bring us back...and hopefully we can keep enough other people away from...
