Burger Factory — Restaurant in Hollister

Just ordered tonight. Got back to my place and the food quality was garbage. Everything I ordered was not as advertised. Bacon cheeseburger had pickles after I asked for no pickles and there was zero mayo, ketchup or mustard. About was dry. Lettuce was wilted. Same for the fried chicken sandwich. The chicken patty was some frozen breaded store bought patty that didn’t really taste like chicken. Again this sandwich was dry and I couldn’t even take more than 2 bites. What a huge waste of money. For a bill of just over $20, this place is terrible. Don’t waste your time going here. I’ve had better food at the elementary...

This was quite possibly the best cheeseburger I have ever had the pleasure of eating! The patty was so perfectly seasoned, every bite was flavorful! The fries have a nice crispy crunch to them and just the right amount of salt. The location is a very quaint burger joint so it'd be easy to miss but I cannot recommend this place enough. My one and only detractor was the long wait time, but I just went to the bakery across the way to get snacks for later and by time I was done, my food was ready. So be ready for a 10-20 minute wait depending on how busy they are. Highly worth...

Great food and people. The Teriyaki plates are amazing. You get a serving of salad with a homemade dressing, a scoop of potato salad; homemade as well; with the same dressing, your choice of chicken or tri-tip ;for protein; over a bed of steamed white rice; teriyaki sauce drizzled on both; in one plate. The protein is excellently cooked and the steamed rice has a perfect texture. The homemade potato salad is great, I enjoyed the potato chunks all with the dressing, perfect! All in all best...
