Randy's Pizza — Restaurant in Holly Springs

Awful! We ordered a to go order, lg pizza, salad, knots and a chicken parm sandwich. Estimated time: 30 minutes. My husband showed up at estimated time and they handed him everything but the sandwich. When he went back they said they hadn't gotten to it yet...something they should have mentioned when giving him the food in the first place but whatever. He then waited for 10 minutes and then asked if they can put his pizza and knots on top of the oven while he waited so they did. Then he waited and watched as orders walked out the door. We were order 124 and he watched 135 and 138 pick up their orders. 25 more minutes went by and he went to the register and told them to take the sandwich off our order, give us a refund on it so he can leave. The woman asked him what his name was and turned around to the shelf and found the sandwich. He had waited 35 minutes for this! By the time he got home (not even 5 minutes away) all food was cold, even the sandwich he waited 35 minutes for. I don't know what they are doing but they need some sort of system. Also this isn't the first time we have ordered for pick up and had to wait 20plus minutes. Won't be ordering...

If you always want to wait and end up with uncooked food, this is the place. Now, I will admit going on a busy night one takes chances, however you'd think after nearly an hour past the expected pick up time, they'd get it right. Knowing they get behind, I strategically show up 20 minutes after my pickup time. "Just waiting on your knots" turns out to be 45 minutes. So, now I have 2 of my 3 pizzas cold b/c they are sitting on top with no heat. Fine - Wife has the oven on, we can heat it up no biggie. But the knots... first of all, they completely forgot me. Even after asking again about what I was waiting for. I sit patiently waiting for my name to be called. Nothing. Time passes. Patrons come and go. I finally decide to say something... the knots are sitting off to the side and probably have been for 30 minutes. I get home - the knots aren't even cooked! one pan is dang near raw, the other looks like it was cooked in an Ez-bake oven.

I like their food, I really do. But they cannot handle the rush. It's a shame to spend $100 and walk home with uncooked food...

The only reason this is not a one star review is because of the food. The delivery service and customer service is why the rating is a 2. I thought enough of Randys to order 4 dozen knots and desert to go along with my baked speghetti for 15 familiy members. I ordered at 2:50pm and did not receive my order until almost 5pm! During this time I called them at 4pm to ask about my order and the girl said they were on there way and were late to due cooking 85 pizzas. I had to call again at 4:30pm and the same employee said they had to deliver the big order before mine. Now I am only two miles from their location... My biggest issue is the lack of response and communication from Randys. I get the larger order made them more $$$. Mine was only $50. But It was a huge disappointment and delay for my family dinner. We finally ate without the food from Randys. I accepted the order when it finally came and tipped the driver. However I never heard a word from anyone at Randys apologizing or offering a future discount on food! Lesson...
