Shakey Ray's Tavern — Restaurant in Holly Springs

My experience at this place was terrible today. I first made a order with 2 bacon cheeseburger with bacon and pickles. Got home and one order was right, so I called back and told them my order was partially wrong. She then proceeded to tell me that she was going to remake my order to come back and get it and to throw my original order away. I go back to get it come home, open my plate and it's only three pieces of bacon and a cup of pickles. I called back to ask where wasy original order, she answered the phone like this " look ion know wat utalking about and we r not remaking anything and not to come back and then hung up. This meal was over $35 to b wrong and then talked to like that then hung up n my face. I urge people not to order from here cause they will mess up order up and make it seem like me(the customer) is totally wrong. Shakey Rays will not get anymore of my money. Bad service, and the workers are very rude. And not to mention in the first order she added 6 beers to my card then declined and I had to pay when I got there. Transaction wrong in the beginning. Apps were really tasty, we got nachos and cheese sticks. The chilli on the nachos was so good, I’d might order a cup next time. The cheese on them really stood out too, really creamy like queso. Got the roast sandwich and the cheesesteak. House chips were scrumptious. I got a Yuengling, and it was delicious, it’d been awhile since I had it last, I was very happy the waitress suggested it. I wish they had a draft list printed available (difficult to see tap handles when the bar is full) and maybe a wider selection of crafts. Service slow at times but all was fine, everyone was very kind. Love that the kitchen is open late, will definitely be back to try more.

The vibe leaned heavily toward a mixed bar crowd, with a dartboard area in use. Only one staff member was handling everything—phone, tables, and bar—so service was slow but friendly. Bathrooms were moderately clean.
