Subway — Restaurant in Holly Springs

used to rave about this place! never used to have any issues but lately they're customer service & quality has gone down. decided to get subway delivered because of a promotion going on DIRECTLY in their subway app! got my food delivered because i dont drive and wanted to treat myself. upon receiving my sandwich it was not what i ordered. screw ups happen i get it. it was a homerun ham which automatically comes with more meat and double cheese. also requested extra veg. sandwich contained NO CHEESE!!! the meat portion was normal and the veggies were folded over to give the illusion of double. i attempted to call the store to see if i can get a refund/ replacement but after the 6th try no answer. so i ended up taking a walk all the way there. when i got there the woman running the place began screaming at me that the coupon doesnt apply even though i orded it directly through the app. i just asked to get my sandwiches fixed and she refused. she wouldnt refund me the whole amount either and i asked for a higher-up's phone number so i could try to understand the policy better and figure out what the deal is. also refused this. she continued to escalate the the situation and refusing help until my father walked in and she finally decided to "fix the original sandwiches" and hand them back to me. upon coming home she didnt fix the sandwich and only added one slice of cheese and one tomato on top. it seems they're doing shady business and trying to cut corners to save money. really disappointed how they handled this situation. i used to love coming here....

this chain has probably outlived its usefullness - others do it SO much beter.... needs to go away. and especially this store. its the worst of the worst. NO value for your money. all others are now a better deal. Used to be, they had a decent sandwich for a low price. it was fair. not the best, but hey. we get it. NOW?? the prices are high, the portions are tiny. all of the other sandwch chains are a better money/food ratio. I guess this is why the chain is dying. the regular cheesesteaks are now nearly 9 dollars, and yes, they are still not great, and a small amount of meat. today I tried the sliders, and let me tell you, it tasted like meat flavored bread. over 2 dollars should get you more than .5 ounces of meat. notice the bread...

This will be the third time I have tried this location and the experience is subpar. The staff speaks in spanish making it very uncomfortable feeling for those that do not. This last time I asked one employee if they take coupons and was told yes. Once I checked out the manager told me they don't. I tried to dispute and ask them to honor and she wouldn't. She said the employee is new and she didn't know they didn't take coupons. Its not a huge deal but more the point of not honoring what the employee said. I will be going to a different location moving forward saving myself the frustration and feeling...
