Absolutely horrendous food lion! This one is legit a mile and a half from my home and I will definitely drive further away to another location because this location does not value customer service at all!! Been coming here for 10+ years and to know they don’t care about customer service is wild!! In a time where prices are going up it seems to me that customer service goes out the window! So I will no longer spend my hard earned money and time at a place that doesn’t care about me!
Asked to have 25 wings fried fresh for me which I have done multiple times in the past to only be answered with you have to pay by the pound you can’t get 25 wings ok cool! Go to ask for a manger and they say I have to get what’s at the wing bar ok cool barely anything left at the wing bar and we have two hours left before the wing bar closes how do you explain to someone who’s willing to wait and pay for something to tell them no because they have some at the bar already! I’d rather you tell me you don’t want to make them instead of some excuses as to why you can’t but...
Read moreI ABSOLUTELY HATE THAT PLACE. EVERYONE, INCLUDING MANAGEMENT ARE VERY RUDE. They don't smile, greet, or make you feel welcome. They racial profile and I'm not the only customer who says this. I have lived in this town for over 20 years and the service has never been this poor. I literally just left and my experience was the cashier couldn't process me paying half card hand cash and here comes management swooping in, bumping me and not saying excuse me and pretends to tidy up a lane when in fact she does that to me each time I come in. I have never done anything to anyone ever in that store and each time I come in I feel and see the not so friendly stares, the following around the store, the insinuation of stealing etc. Management and staff need an evaluation on customer service...

However, at the checkout, I was told that the price was only valid if I had a store card; otherwise, I had to pay the regular price. This is not a marketing tactic—it’s misleading and feels like a form of deception.
If the price is only for members, you need to clearly state that in large, visible letters on the price tag. Otherwise, implement a membership system like Costco, where people know upfront they need to be members to shop. Letting people in without clear information is unfair. I do not forgive this practice, and I hope it...
