Very friendly and warm owners. Went to the bottle shop in Cary and the service was horrible but it was packed - think it was the ambience. Music and lower lighting created a pub like atmosphere. Would love to see this ambience at black dog -think it might produce a lot more customers to have some tunes on the background and lower the lights.
