Tea365 — Restaurant in Holly Springs

I am always concerned when there are not adults on the premises. There were multiple items out of stock to start. I was charged $11.37 for a tea( 6.95) with one topping(.95). When I asked about this , I was given every excuse....we cannot pull it up, we cannot give you a receipt, we do not understand......I finally received most of my change. Not all, because they were out of coins. I did asked to speak with a manager or an adult at the very least. I was told there was no adult, no manager, and the owner only comes in when they need something. I will say the tea had a nice flavor. The owner really needs to have a person running things that understands the register. Unfortunately this us what happens when teenagers are running your business. The store was aesthetically pleasing. However, I could not get a remake of the drink I ordered in-store. My drink tasted weak and watered down and I kindly asked the employee if I could get it remade as I barely drank my matcha milk tea and he refused to or give me additional matcha powder to solve it. I will not be returning as I could not be satisfied at the end. He told me I would have to pay for another if I wanted more...

Boba is good, but beware. Owners either hire dishonest people or do not equip their people properly. Sent my 11 yr old in to get two bobas. She was expecting $4 and something in change. They asked, do you want change? When she said, yes, they opened the drawer and said, well, we don’t have any change, sorry.
