Taco Bell — Restaurant in Holly Springs

Horrible customer service. I'll never come back.

I ordered through the app, and went through the drive through. After parking, I discovered that both my crunchwrap and potatoes were incorrect. They both had sour cream on them and I asked for that to be removed.

Went inside the restaurant to have it rectified and a tall African American man asked me to open up the crunchwrap, take it apart and show him the sour cream. He remade the potatoes while complaining very loudly about "lost revenue". I asked him to remake the crunchwrap as well since I had to tear it apart (at his request). I don't want to eat something that it is in pieces. He stomped off and brought back a tall, blonde woman. She was furious. She started slaming things around while complaining about lost revenue and how they're losing so much money over a crunchwrap. She then made a fuss over throwing the old food away "so the customer won't eat the free food". After that she threw the crunchwrap at me and said "here".

What a ridiculous interaction! Want to know about lost revenue? I won't come back, and I'll be sure to tell everyone...

7/28/2023 ~ 6pm -👎👎👎👎☹️☹️💩 Verbally accosted by Rude Manager screaming and yelling at me at Drve thru. He would not provide his name and was NOT Wearing a Name Tag. Cashier said his name was Devonne or something like that. I have NEVER IN MY LIFE been so disrespected and screamed at for absolutely Nothing I did. I plan to address this with corporate. I don't know how this person is a manager or how he was raised BUT he is certainly no one I am accustomed to dealing with. He would NOT APOLOGIZE EITHER- what a 🤬👹. He should be removed from dealing with customers as he has ABSOLUTELY NO MANNERS!!! I pray I NEVER see his smug face or hear his voice again in my Lifetime. I haved lived in Woodstock over 45 years, and was born & raised in Marietta GA. WE were raised to be respectful of others especially when it is our job to do so. I feel certain this manager did Not Grow up around here as he was tooooo Rude to have been brought...

I have lived all over this beautiful country and have driven it’s ever growing roads for 20 magnificent years. In those years, I have had the pleasure of visiting quite literally thousands of Taco Bell’s, and have such experience all that this establishment has to offer. I’ve received wrong orders, other peoples orders, food that probably should have been thrown out, and witnessed some of the most horrible customer service there is (and I fly spirit airlines so trust me, I know). I once witnessed a murder in the parking lot of a Taco Bell Adjacent to my workplace… true story. I moved to this wonderful area 7 months ago and had, lets just say, not so high expectations. Much to my surprise I received exactly what I ordered and to top it off the ingredients were fresh. In the 7 months since I have yet to receive an incorrect order, the food is always fresh, and the staff is always friendly. Good job Taco Bell, my love for you...
