Started off frustrated, it’s a Saturday night at a pool hall and there’s no music because it was fight night and there wouldn’t be any music played at all that night. Then we ordered drinks, 2 with alcohol and 1 non alcoholic all with coke. The coke was flat, no carbonation and was really sugary. Informed our waitress, she took the drinks and went and told the bartender. She returned and told me that they could make us new ones but she would have to ring it up again. I went and spoke the the bartender and told him that I would not pay for him to remake the drinks because they needed to fix the co2. He looked at me stupid and began to tell me that it wasn’t the co2 that it was a new box of syrup and it takes a while for it to adjust and handed me a drink and told me to try it to see if it was still sweet. I tried the coke and informed him there wasn’t any change. I order a water and told them we would think about other drinks later. At this point we went ahead and ordered some food. There were a few of us as we were celebrating my son’s birthday. So we decided to go with the boneless wing platter. Little did we know that their idea of boneless wings were chicken breast cut in pieces (no breading) and way over cooked. They were as if they had been made earlier that day and been left under a warming light for hours. We ignored it and go about the evening. Everyone starts leaving and eventually it’s just my husband and me there. We decided to play a couple more games and tell our waitress we were ready for the bill. She repeatedly kept asking if we were sure we could afford the bill as it was “Steep “. She hands me the bill I look over it to make sure I wasn’t charging for the first three drinks at the beginning of the night. Low and behold there they were along with an extra coke. I tell her everything else was correct but I was not paying for those 4 drinks. She returns after speaking with the bartender and tells me that he took 3 of the drinks off but was leaving one of the cokes on because I tried it to see if it tastes the same. Our waitress was a sweet young lady but did struggle when we had an issue. Overall I would not return to either of these...
Read moreWarning. ‼️ ☠️ 🔥 Walk Away. Seriously, you’ll thank me GM Josh is probably the worst GM. You wonder how he she got that position. One of those individuals who just doesn’t get it. In stead of making life beautiful he makes ugly. Not a good person. You’ll be doubled charged, keep track and check your bill very very closely. In my 50 years, never has someone been this rude or disrespectful . I’m sorry I didn’t warn everyone a couple of weeks ago on our first time visit. With friends, we were looking for a place to watch the Playoffs. As you walk in, sign saying, drink specials. $3 beers. The one we asked for on the sign, the server said we’re out. Not a problem. He went to the bar and returned to us, said any beer $3. So we asked how about ShinerBock. He said, yes. Having a good time. When we asked for the bill, drinks were double the price. We called over our server, who was nice. He apologized and left with the bill. Thinking he was going to make it right. Comes back with this so-called GM. All he kept saying, you drank the beers so there’s nothing I can do. Tried logic with the guy. Said we were told by the server, who even admitted that he told us $3 beer. But, this Josh kept saying the same thing, nothing I can do because you drank the beers. Didn’t even back up his server. I told him, we would not of drank these beers if we knew the price you were charging. We were fine with any beer special. Like a kid, he kept saying the same thing.Never Ever had a experience like this. Treatment and someone saying the same thing over and over. Like I said. Makes zero sense. You get the customer one time. But you’ll never see them again. The way I do business is it’s a customer for life. Plus, like now you tell everyone about the horrible service and experience. Just don’t get. So if you don’t want to pay over $100 on what should be a $50 tab. Stay as far away from this joint. You will thank me for the heads up. Luci Coopers and Willie’s. Much much...

I recently had a truly awful experience at Pockets Billiards, and I feel compelled to share it. I was served a shot in a glass that was broken and jagged—luckily, I didn’t cut my lip, but it could have been a serious injury. Concerned, I asked if the tab could be comped given the potential danger of the broken glass. Instead of taking my concern seriously, the general manager was incredibly aggressive and completely unhelpful. His response? He told me he would only comp the round of shots because I didn’t actually get injured, but if I had cut myself, maybe then he would’ve done something about it.
I was stunned by his dismissive attitude and his complete refusal to take responsibility for serving me a dangerous item. The situation escalated when he had the police called on me—over a simple request to address a safety concern. His demeanor was threatening, like he was ready to fight me over a $58 tab. He seemed not concerned at all about avoiding a lawsuit for negligence than actually ensuring a safe and pleasant experience for his customers. Honestly, I’m still shocked that this place would rather risk a bodily injury lawsuit than take care of a reasonable request.
This was not just bad service—it was a complete disregard for customer safety. I won’t be returning and would advise anyone thinking about going there to be cautious.
I have pictures of the glass if Corporate would like to see what is being served at their...
