I have been a longtime patron of Starbucks, I have frequented this location numerous times. Today I recived the worst customer service and poor attention to details. The attendant when placing my order didn't even acknowledge my greeting of "good morning, how are you?", I proceeded to place an order of a refresher drink and was rudely interrupted asking for the choice of base for the drink, at first I did not understand and asked for clarification and was met with a rude response of louder "water, lemonade, coconut"....didn't understand the need for the rude response, it's not like the place was overwhelmed with customers waiting in line. I placed my order and waited for my drinks, after waiting for an abnormal length of time, I approached the counter to inquire about the status of my order and therafter received the cold brew drink. I also inquired about the refresher drink to be told that they were still working on it and I clearly saw that it had been completed just sitting behind the counter where the refresher drinks are made. As I pointed it out to the attendant that the drink was right there completed, I was handed the drink without even them acknowledging they had made an error. Poor teamwork and communication on their part and poor customer service in taking ownership in their missteps of work. No need for me to visit this location again, Dutch Bros. will recieve...
Read moreAvoid this location at all costs. I normally do not come to this location, and never will again, but it was on my way to where I was going and I wanted a drink.
Strike One: I show the cashier the app where is says I one 50% off bagged coffee as I hand him a bag of Cafe Verona to purchase. He asks me to show him where in the app and I do...he says something on the headset and then a moment later tells me, "Uh...well um... They didn't tell us anything about the app and my lead doesn't know so if you want the coffee.younwill.have to pay full price". Which I did.
Strike 2: I also purchased a ceramic mug and ordered an iced shaken espresso. After paying with the app the cashier just left to the back never to be seen again. There was no offer of a bag or any type of thanks. So I literally hat to walk to the pick up area and reach behind the counter to get myself a bag.
Strike 3: In spite of being literally the only customer inside the lobby, and only one car out in the drive thru, it took almost 15 minutes to get my drink.
YOU'RE OUT
So please....if you value any type of customer service or expect employees to know the first thing about doing their job; please avoid this location. There are many other Starbucks out there that do an awesome job, go to one of...
Read moreDid a mobile order that said it was gonna take about 4 min for my iced coffee to be ready. I pulled up about 10 min later and picked it up. I always order light ice because it melt really quick. I’m waiting inside since it wasn’t ready when I got there. I see the guy making it and asked if that was mine and he said yes. I reminded him that it was gonna be light ice and he nodded( it already said on the order to be light ice). This guy pours ice in more than half the cup even tho I told him not to... when I asked if he could take it out he wouldn’t, so I did it myself and asked for more coffee in my cup (had coffee in half of a venti cup). If I wanted less coffee I’d probably order a smaller one(?) I was told he couldn’t give me more after waiting for 5 minutes because they apparently ran out. Cool! I was told to wait for 20 minutes for it to be ready. If I wanted my coffee to take 40 minutes I could have went home and made it myself... thanks for charging for a venti when you only gave me a...
