Pizza Hut — Restaurant in San Antonio

I walked into this place for lunch at 11:30 am on 5/24/18. I was told what would you like to drink I stated root bear. I went to the buffet there were only three selections out no pasta no cheese sticks. I served myself four slices. I received my soda after I had eaten my four slices only myself a group of four and a family in the place. Made a salad lettuce and croutons as the cucumbers looked dry and had been stored and reused for days. I got up to serve me more pizza the same three choices were still there and pasta had been added I suppose that the girl saw my reaction and said oh there is one ready well it was a supreme I do not eat supreme so what the hell did it matter. I never got a refill just the bill on the table. I decided to leave. The group ahead of me at the register were a group of four gentleman, I took it that their service was horrible as well because the girl did not charge them they looked at each other and one said hell the service and selection no one should pay for that. She damn sure charged me after she asked was everything was alright and I responded terrible selection for a buffet terrible service and do you think i can get a to go cup to make up for no refill or never bring out the water I also asked for. It really pisses me off. I have a delivery account that I am cancelling and will boycott pizza hut from now on, too many choices in today's world. I stopped at this restaurant 1. Because I always liked Pizza Hut Pizza to have a relaxing environment a hoped for good meal away from the office for lunch. 3. It was convenient close to work . What a disappointment. I bet I have been eating pizza from pizza hut from the day I could gum through it as a toddler this type of service was unheard of from them, now they just do not give a damn. The lack of customer service showing anything near to giving a damn about my comments or trying to get more out. Three pizzas back up stopping the belt as they were no being pulled. I was not going to say nothing but this has really fermented and pissed me off. Just a horrible place to eat and experience. I only gave it a one star rating because that is the only way I could get the opportunity to write my concerns. I recently had a wonderful experience at Pizza Hut at 16100 San Pedro and I'd like to share my review. The pizza at this particular location is always fresh and delicious, which keeps me coming back for more. However, what truly impressed me was the exceptional customer service provided by one of their employees, Johnathan.

On a particularly hectic evening, I found myself running late to pick up my pizza. I was worried that I wouldn't make it, but to my surprise and relief, Johnathan kindly agreed to wait for me. Despite it being a few minutes after closing, he patiently stayed and assured me that I get my order. This level of dedication and willingness to go the extra mile for the customer and this truly made a positive impact on me.

I sincerely appreciate Johnathan's understanding and exceptional service. It's not often that you come across such considerate employees who prioritize customer satisfaction. His actions demonstrate the commitment to providing a great experience at Pizza Hut.

Went there on Sunday with grandkids. I should have known not to eat there. There was a notice on the door asking for help. There was no one dinning in and the guy boxing pizzas had a negative attitude. There were several tables with spilled drinks on them and on the floor. We sat and waited about 15 minutes for the pizza boxer to arrive at our table. When he did he dropped the menu on the table. We ordered 5 root beer sodas. He brought two out and again dropped them down on the table. About 10 minutes later I had to get up and get the other drinks. I told him I understood they were short staffed so I would place my order at the counter. He took the order. He brought the order to our table again dropping the items as if we owed him something. He brought marinara sauce that was cold from the refrigerator for our bread sticks. I asked him for some plates and as he was walking away he said in a sarcastic manner "I know sir". We asked to speak with the manager. The person who came up was making excuses for their staff's bad service. We walked out and we will never spend our money in that restaurant.
