We held a birthday party for my son yesterday and I was so disappointed. I’ll say first off that we probably should have rented a room instead of a table from the start, especially because I ended up paying $500 for a $225 party, but I imagine we would have been treated a bit better as well.
I’ll chalk that table vs room issue up as my own fault but I do think my other concerns are valid and I want to share in case management actually cares to make improvements.
Entry into the park was chaotic, as there were only three employees behind the desk with no one there to provide guidance as to what steps needed to take placr as people came into the door. The process is to sign the waiver, then check in at the desk to get a wristband. But without anyone managing the ‘lobby’ area it was just a ton of people standing around clueless as to what to do. I asked one of the employees at the front desk if there could be more guidance provided and all she did was repeat her spiel back to me without understanding that I was suggesting.
Once people did get checked in, they were told that our party was ‘in the back’. I, like many others I’m sure, held a party for my son which included friends and family but also new class mates from school. I tried to hang around the front door to catch people as they came in, but without knowing everyone personally, I missed quite a few. Our crowd was smaller than I expected it to be based on RSVPs, but I know things come up and didn’t expect everyone to show. I was super bummed when 30 minutes after our party started I found a group of parents and their kids who were sitting at a table totally removed from our (pretty hidden) party area. They hadn’t been given any kind of indication of where to find us, other than ‘in the back’ And since I didn’t even know them personally, I didn’t know they were there for our party.
Back to the money. I paid $225 for a 10 jumper party, which literally gives you access to a single table. Good luck with all the gift bags you’re going to get. And there’s certainly no room for the kids shoes or any parents to sit. I ended up paying $50 for an empty table so that we could at least have room to seat all of the kids and some of the parents. Halfway into our party another group showed up to one of the other tables, and it made the crowded ppace that much worse. We tried our best to scoot over as best we could but I’m sure we were encroaching on their space as well. I added extra pizzas and had more kids show up than planned, which accounts for the extra money spent. It was all my doing, so I’m not complaining or putting that on them, but I’m sharing for others who may be on the fence about table vs room. If there’s any chance you’ll have more than 10 kids I would recommend just going for the party room so you at least get your money’s worth.
Our ‘party host’ was fine. She was kind and accommodated as best she could.
The facility itself was disappointing as well, because the two features my son was most looking forward to were closed. The big pillow jumping thing (don’t even know how to describe it), was closed off since there was some kind of hole that needed to be repaired, and the zip line was closed because they were understaffed and had no one to man it. When I asked the manager what time it would be opening, they told me 2pm. Which is quite a bummer when our party ended at 1pm.
Overall, I don’t feel that we got our moneys worth and could think of a lot better ways to have spent $500 in two hours. But my kid had a blast, and I know that’s the most...

We had a birthday party here last night. We had a single table that we barely fit 11 kids on, by the restroom at that. We asked if we could keep the rolling cart at the end of our table to hold the cake and presents so that the kids could sit at the table. We were told that the cart had to go back to the front. So the kids had to shove their shoes under the table along with the gifts. The cake sat on the table, but there wasn't enough room to eat so we ended up as adults standing and holding the cake. After a while I had to lay it on top of the bag we had of goodie bags. We ordered 4 pizzas and couldn't even have them all on the table with the kids because again, the table was too small. The kids ate, had cake, and opened gifts. It was almost time up on the table, so I sent the kids to play. We had a little bit of the drinks left in the pitchers so we found another table and took the cake and pitchers with us since we did pay for the drinks. We were approached by our host and he told us the manager wanted him to collect the pitchers (again we paid for them as part of our party) because our time was up and we couldn't have pitchers outside the party area. He also told us that we needed to take the cake out to the car because we couldn't have food outside of the party area. This was very petty. Even Chuck E. Cheese allows you to hold on to your drinks and cake after party time. We wanted to talk to the manager and he was pretty rude. He told us that they had to take the pitchers because we were no longer in the party area. I get that, but we couldn't even get a cup to pour the rest of our drinks in that we purchased. He told us the cake needed to be removed so that the other people didn't think it was unfair and that we had "a walk in party" which we didn't. He couldn't really explain why they had those rules in place. The people were walking around blowing their whistles at all kinds of different kids, but never explaining what the behavior was that they were doing wrong. There was one lady that many kids from my party felt kept following them just to blow the whistle. I'm not sure if they're given a specific area or are supposed to follow kids, but that is really unprofessional if they're following children around just to whistle at them and not explain the incorrect behavior. There's not even a water fountain for children to drink from. They want EVERYTHING to be purchased, even after you just dropped over $300 for a birthday party. All in all, I will not do business here again. I feel like the rules are very petty and there is no reasoning behind them. I was told a few weeks prior when the lady called to confirm my party that we could jump for the remainder of the night after the party ended. Yet, the kids were told 10 minutes after going back to jump after they ate that their time was up. I'll find somewhere else that will appreciate my money and allow my kids and party guests to actually enjoy their time there. Even my guests said this was their first and last time there because of the...
Read moreWe were first timers here and I booked my sons 10th birthday in 3 weeks advance for 20 kids. As soon as we got there they were giving my guest and I a hard time to get the wrist bands and socks, I signed the waiver before I was even at the party they didn’t look up my name to verify they just said I had to go sign again, my son didn’t get to jump til 4:35 when the party is timed so for 35 minutes all the kids were just standing around even the ones who had wrist bands and just needed socks, it would’ve been great to speak to a manager or anyone and everyone standing in the front couldn’t help they had 2 people at computers and I was bouncing back and forth between both while they ignored me and helped people who didn’t have timed parties, I didn’t see my party host but 4 times once was when she brought my bill, lit the candles and took my order. I felt like 2 tables for a party of 20 kids is ridiculous, we’re they not planning for any parents ? I mean they are the ones who sign the waivers. So 2 Small tables for 20 kids, parents, cake and presents. We were so cramped the host lit a decoration on fire by accident and asked my son to help her blow it out. I paid about 600 total with tip and it was the worse experience ever, they could’ve had a smoother system to get everyone signed in with wrist bands and socks having to wait in line on a timed party is inconvenient. A few of my guest left early bc there was no room to sit or stand. I reached out before the party to try to get a party room or extra tables and I got neither and there was an empty room the whole time and there was empty tables on the other side, it’s frustrating bc I trusted this place to accommodate us for my sons 10th birthday, double digits is a big deal and I feel like we wasted money choosing airtopia, the only good thing was the actual park, there was plenty to do. So I wouldn’t recommend a party here maybe just a regular visit. The nachos are nasty, the fried pickles are all breading, chips and salsa was decent and the pizza was amazing. Overall the kids had fun it was just uncomfortable and over priced for sure, I still was charged for 20 kids when I didn’t have all 20 show up I had 13 if they kept track of their inventory it would show I was short 7 kids and since I paid before the party I wasn’t accommodated at all, imagine if the other 7 kids and their families did show up there definitely wouldn’t have been enough room. I Know it’s long but I should’ve did more research before just booking here. I wish They could’ve used the other 20$ per kid towards food or vouchers for next time I would’ve paid for the extra table. Don’t recommend at all! Save your money and don’t waste your child’s birthday here with nothing but kids running a busy Sunday who couldn’t answer any questions or help a parent who was visibly frustrated bc of their...
