Three of us went 12/29 early evening and had an excellent experience! Our attentive waitress was extremely (!!) pleasant and answered each question. We all left pleased with our food, even the two who ordered Ramen and eat it regularly. I loved the amount of vegetarian and seafood options to pick from! I had veggie yaki-soba + shrimp tempura and thought mine was fantastic! The photo is a couple bites in after realizing I’d want to leave a review :) Shrimp was soo soft and delicately crisp/flakey, a nice sensory experience. The sauce flavor was different than my typical noodles I frequently eat (Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese) so it was a super welcome change! I generally think restaurant portions in the US are massive so it was wonderful to feel satisfied here and not stuffed nor waste plastic on taking leftovers home. On the otherhand, I recommend having an appetizer as I did not and finished my bowl way before the others in our party who had ramen and I kind of felt like I’d received a lunch serving. So I shared in the portion of one of the ramens at the table: broth was pleasant and mild (exactly as ordered.) Tasty seaweed. They said the chicken katsu was excellent and would experiment with more toppings next time. I don’t live in town but the other two guests remarked they definitely plan to return excited to try other options! I don’t think we conveyed how pleased we were to the chef/owner who came to check on us. One suggestion is maybe encourage waitstaff to step away or do something else once the help with payment kiosk has been completed so that the tipping calculation doesn’t feel rushed or watched-over if we want take a minute to leave a custom, larger tip. I suspect they probably do usually but stayed table-side because we’d needed more help with the device. Atmosphere very comfortable and I was told an A+ on the clean restrooms! Overall would def recommend and I look forward to coming back for my spouse to try it and have some appetizers!

I wish I could get my money back. 6 Complete waste. Ramen was BLAND. Egg was over cooked, yolk was not giving ramen egg. BARELY any broth in the soup. Noodles under cooked. Meat was flavorless and cold. They tried to make it up with deserts that were also terrible. 1/10. Would not come back. ———————————- Please refrain from using God in your description. If God was anywhere in this business, the food would reflect it.

  1. obviously, you guys are not a ice cream shop by the taste of the box ice cream we were served
  2. definitely over cooked
  3. serves as prepared?? The meat never warmed up because the broth was actually never hot enough to heat up the cold meat plus keep the soup warm. Very mid.
  4. there is a first time for everything. What we experienced were bland, chewy noodles. Not soft and decadent noodles, like traditional ramen bowls.
  5. as aforementioned, the ice cream tasted like it came from a box with syrup on top šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø we didn’t want a free meal, we wanted a tasty one and for $60, Mr. Ramen DID NOT DELIVER.
  6. we took it to go, came back home and made our own eggs and meat.

Listen, y’all were established in 2023–just this year. That should have been red flagged number one. This restaurant definitely need some time to refine it’s ramen recipe in order to compete with other top Ramen shops I’ve been to in the past. You wasted your ā€œtime and effortsā€ replying to me in such a way , where as instead, you guys could have been working on how you can make your Ramen better.

I already wasn’t coming back, but thanks for the...

I would give it 0 stars if possible. I’ve been looking forward to this place forever and now that we finally got the chance, the service was terrible! We got there about 40-45 minutes before closing and the host told us we had 10 minutes to order with a very very poor attitude. If you are no longer wanting to serve, we would’ve understood if that was relayed to us rather than treated poorly. We sat down at a table and were actually given another customers ramen bowl. Host did not realize until she saw our confusion & keep in mind , we got there a minute ago. There was no one else there besides us two and the ONE other customer.. we attempted to order & host seemed very impatient. when my husband tried to order, all spices were out, which again okay but the tone was basically saying don’t order. we were given bottled drinks, before looking at the little choices we had, we didn’t touch them AT ALL. Based on our short experience, we said we’d be leaving & still didn’t touch the bottled drinks. the host physically ran and screamed from the front to the kitchen to cancel our one plate we had JUST ordered or verbally decided. AND still proceeded to follow us out to tell us we had to come back pay for BOTTLED drinks that were untouched &...
