So generally I don't like to comment on or review chain stores like Little Caesars, however
I have had 2 bothersome experiences with the manager here. Or at least I believe she said she was. Sorry for the monologue ahead. Simply put, if that "manager" is there when I go in again I'll walk right out.
Time number 1 I asked if I could swap out the marinara for another sauce, she could not understand me and had to get another employee to explain/translate. She seemed flustered and slightly bothered once she understood what I requested. Time number 2 last night. I placed an order for a thin crust and crazy bread. While they were making fresh ones I wanted to leave a tip and inquired about a tip jar. The same "manager" again acted like she didn't understand me. So I looked to the girl who took my order, Ashley I believe, and said here this tip is for you guys. She looked over to the blonde lady manager and told her what I said. I sat down and waited, another couple came in to order. The assumed manager said something and Ashley stated again that it was a tip for them. The a.manager said something to the effect of "it has to go with the other monies." Which Ashley responded with "she already paid for her order, she was giving us this as a tip."
I walked back up to the counter so to clear up this issue. The manager just kept saying in broken English she was the manager and this was how she runs her Caesars. I asked if she was going to let them keep the tip or was she shuffling it back into the restaurant to which she put her hands up acting like she couldn't understand me again. Ashley walked up, gave me the tip money back and apologized. I started to tell the manager that I didn't want anyone to get in trouble and if they couldn't take tips why couldn't she just tell me that; she just kept giving me the 'I don't know look and putting her hands up like what did I want her to do. I got my order and left. You could feel the tension in the air as...
Read moreI frequently visited the old location on my lunch break and the pizza was great. Now that they have moved to a new building, the food is awful! The pizza is soggy and undercooked. The staff is incompetent as well. I think the management should seriously look into hiring people that can understand and communicate in the English language. I ordered using their app and I ordered a thin crust extra most best peperoni pie. When I got to the restaurant after I got the notification that my order was in the pizza portal, the lady behind the counter tried to tell me that they didn't have thin crust. I say "tried" because I asked her to repeat what she said three times because I couldn't understand what she was saying. She gave me a regular peperoni pizza, which I found to be undercooked and soggy once I got back to work to eat it. This seems to be the trend at this new location. Just push the pizza through the oven so it doesn't take so long to cook and serve the customers undercooked garbage. I would definitely recommend that anyone ordering from this location do so in person, because if you order something online or through the app, and they "don't have it", they will just put whatever they want in the box and call that good and you will be stuck waiting for them to correct your order. I speak from experience here, as this is not the first time this has happened. I will not be coming back here. Its really a shame because the old location did so...
Read moreTheir pizza tastes a bit weird. When you order the pizza and take a bite it has this funny taste to it. It doesn't taste like it's made correctly, also if you look at the bottom of the crust it has a variety of holes in it, and the pizza itself just doesn't taste right. You might want to check it before you take it because the way it's cut sometimes isn't symmetrical. I would recommend buying the sodas elsewhere where they are cheaper unless you're in a hurry. Their cash registers usually have trouble every now and then too.
Customer service isn't bad. They do seem to have hired some people who don't speak too much English but, that's not really important because at least they try to communicate with what you want and are friendly. Some of them however, do speak English so it's not all of them.
The place is small with no chairs to sit. So, it's more like getting your order to go. They don't have a drive through so you'll have to go inside to get the pizza yourself. They are also fast with taking your order, sometimes they have pizzas already made for those looking for a grab and go.
The parking space isn't that big but there isn't a day I've gone where there isn't a parking space.
The place...
