DO NOT DESERVE A STAR AT ALL. EMPLOYEES ARE ALL RUDE. ESPECIALLY OLDER SECURTY GUARD LADY. I've never had a bad experience at any Wawa. Sadly also hate giving these type of reviews but this by far is top rated FOR WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Store is disgusting ... ALL the employees are miserable. Bad service. Need to get HR out here to retrain and get on floor to watch. You want a good running store you have to have good customer service ...and doesnt that lie under Wawas family traditions .....but any THE WORST RACIST SECURITY OLDER WOMEN THERE. Last time she accused me when I was walking out that I needed to pay for that item and yet did not know or see that I already went to the register and paid while I waited about 20mins for an order ..... she seen me standing there the whole time waiting ... and when I got my order walked out and she accused me of not paying... at stores, especially you cannot accuse someone of stealing unless you have full factual proof. She needs to get fired. Management needs to get on floor and do an evaluation for the day and retrain everybody on customer service and what values Wawa has for its name. This is one of the worst. Read moreWell well well, Today I did stop at this location to purchase 2 cups of coffee! I was humiliated at the check out by the manager of that location complaining that one of my cups had too much half and half! And there was a limit of how much I could actually have. Since I had another cup with 24 Oz of coffee, even if I had a full cup of creamer would not be a problem because the mix of those 2 would still make a 50/50 mix! But the bozo manager insistently want to charge me more or extra or make me wait to see how much cream I am allowed to have at once. He obviously have no notion of mathematics and should not be mgmt at all! I obviously did call corporate office to let them know how I do feel about this traumatic incident and spoke with the corporate office's department which addresses this kind of abusive staff behavior towards customers and as per what I was clearly told there is no such rule as how much cream or sugar or conamon or WHATEVER a customer can tailor his or her coffee to taste!
I felt very discriminated and humiliated! I have used WaWa through out the country and the years and that was never an issue! I noticed now that this store has a REALLY HORRIBLE review! And that, ABSOLUTELY, explains why! That location is always extremely dirty! Never have windows washer, napkins outside, the floor is always disgusting as well as the bathrooms! Glass Windows stained, staff loud and screaming all the time, coffee pots always empty or cold or missing elements , 24oz cups rarely available, coffee station always nasty unsanitized, food displays empty and horrible attitude from all the staff! Read moreI came in to buy a pack of cigarettes and the cashier says if you don't bring me an ID I will decline the sales. First I asked him for the cigarettes and he had an attitude about it saying oh I don't know what brand that is what is that and then I explained it to him oh apparently we don't carry that but he was being really rude the whole entire time. I said are you serious I am close to 60 years old he said if you don't bring me an ID I will decline the sale so I went to go get my ID and each time I went in and out there was a man asking for money and he doesn't say anything he actually gives him the dollar bills for all the change he collects and that's what I was waiting for when I went back. Then I come back and he's just standing there and I'm like is everything okay oh I need to see your ID I said well say something then he throws the cigarettes on the counter and you can tell he has an attitude and apparently maybe the Wawa place needs to interview people's personalities before you hire them because this one has a nasty attitude if he's having a bad day don't take it out on the customer and that is apparently what he's going through I didn't even smart off to him which is kind of strange. I don't really put up with that type of behavior and I was just too tired to think about it I was dying to go home but he just wanted to make it difficult then he proceeds to tell me that if I come back to his store again he's going to decline all future sales and I don't even know the guy.
