Sushi Song - West Hollywood — Restaurant in Hollywood

This was my first time at this place the only reason I went there is because my daughter says she orders from there a lot. The problem that I have is this, there were three of us who placed our orders, there was a gentleman before me, myself and then a young lady who came in afterwards. I believe me and the gentleman waited about 30 minutes for our order. When the gentlemens order was ready the cashier walked from around the counter and handed him his food. I'm still waiting for my food at this time. The young lady who ordered after me received her food. The cashier who took our order, walked from behind the counter, walked outside and handed the young lady her order. I'm still waiting for my food. When my order was ready, the cashier did not give me the same courtesy. The cashier called my name and said my order was ready, so I had to get up and go grab my order. She did not give me the same courtesy as she did with the other customers. This might not mean much to others but it does to me. No worries i won't...

It was my 1st time at this location the food wasn't bad but I do have an issue. There was a gentleman before myself and a young lady who ordered after me. The lady who was sitting outside in her car, was given the same courtesy. The young lady walked from behind her counter and walked outside and handed the young lady her food.. I on the other hand who was sitting inside still waiting did not get the same courtesy. The young lady stood behind the counter called my name so I can get up and grab my food. I don't know about anyone else but to me that is a problem. And I don't spend my money where I feel uncomfortable in a sense. So this is and will be the last time time I ever step into this...

This was/is one of my favorite sushi spots! They moved from Young Circle to newest location. It's a different atmosphere now, I wasn't to pleased with the camouflaged tables but the ceiling decor was okay. It was pretty dark nd they played country music the whole time. I love country music don't get it twisted! I'm just saying... it felt thrown together I guess. We did get to watch the chef prepare our meal, that was nice. The sushi was good, not great, respectfully it's been better in the past but... it was still good. The service was pleasant and attentive. The prices were about average, not too expensive. I will probably eat hear again bc the service nd food outweighed the atmosphere. I think Maybe they just need some time to adjust to their new location which actually does have wayyy better parking now! So that's...
