Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hollywood

This Tacobell location decided to close their lobby early. They refused to let me in nor give me a chance to let them know that I'm driving an drivable RV and it won't fit through the drive -thru. I literally had to go through the drive-thru window to speak to one of the employee which a nice young lady heard what I have to say and was kind in enough to let me in through the lobby to place my daughter and I order. Please know that I was not rude to none of the employees. I was more than grateful to this young lady that allow my older daughter, and my 3 years old daughter including myself into the lobby. However, this same skinny, short so call nice young lady that let us in their lobby was so rude and disrespectful to us. I was so in disbelieve that she started to talk bad about us and telling her co-workers who let this people in and that when the lobby is closed they shouldn't allow anyone inside the lobby. Like is she serious that she forgot that she is the same person who let us in. So, unprofessional on her part! Even her other co-worker had to apologize on her behalf. Worst taco bell I've been to. I've tried them twice since they are closer to me than the Taft location, which I have been going for many years. First time I went the soda area was dirty, the floor and soda machine were sticky. They were out of small lids. They don't smile at the customers.Today I tried to place an order on line for a pick up, but I had to pay with my debit, which I'm glad I cancelled, because when I went in person to order nachos I was told they were out of chips. I waited 10 minutes to place my order. They have a promotion going on, double your chip order. They should at least place a sign. I left and drove to the Taft location. Always been satisfy with the service.

New update. I has been 5 years since my review, and I made the mistake of trying them again. I ordered 3 boxes which of course no box, everything in a bag, 3 sodas, no cup holders and worst I got the 3 cheese cups for the nachos and got no nachos. I've been visiting this Taco Bell since the time it opened a few years back when the service was very appreciative, but it has taken a turn for the worse!! Seems like they hire ignorant young kids that have no idea or interest in customer service. I witnessed while waiting in line a customer being interrupted while placing an order by a friend or relative of one of the employees then those that should be preparing food will join the conversation and completely get side tracked from what they were doing. The cashier at one point stopped and went to the freezer to see what they had in stock cause orders were being placed and they didn't have it then boxes from the freezer were being taken out and just thrown on the floor while someone was just sweeping by that point we felt like we've seen enough and asked for our money back.
