Vannucchi Brothers Pizza — Restaurant in Hollywood

WOW!!! THE RUDEST MANAGER IN SOUTH FLORIDA AND A LIAR AND THIEF!!! BUYER BEWARE: IF YOU HAVE THE WRONG DELIVERY OR ANY PROBLEM YOU WILL PAY AND RECEIVE NO FOOD. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR BIZ. Been ordering from this place for years. Tonight they delivered the wrong pizza. The driver took it back after the restaurant gave approval for credit. We waited for 15 minutes while he did that. He left with the pizza. Both he and another employee said we would be credited. After he left with our incorrect pizza, the manager then refused to refund, insisted it was our fault, and chose to argue with us for the better part of 40 minutes and insist she was right instead of issuing a simple refund for a pizza that was returned. It was more important for her to be right than to do the right thing. Apparently V. Bros does not care if they steal your money. Good to know!! (Look at the reviews. We should have before ordering this time. Others complain about the same thing.) The manager knew we did not have the pizza and STiLL refused to give us our money back! That's called THEFT. She then told us to contact Slice. She said if we did that then she would agree to a refund. (Nice to pass the work onto the paying customer, btw.) This manager is a liar. She did not honor her promise to refund us after we contacted Slice. So, we wasted even more of our time doing what she asked us to do, when she was already way out of line, only to NOT get our money. End result? They made $30 and we got no food and a ruined Fri. night! As an aside, the wait times are legendary. Even the positive reviews say that! So, we waited 1.30 hrs to get the wrong pizza, our money stolen and our blood pressure up! ZERO STARS. WORST...

i'm Vegan because i love & respect Animals. it's Important to have community restaurants that RESPECT, CARE & ADDRESS Our Concerns so i REALLY want to Love this place & Totally want you to SUCCEED!! That being said, there are Problems you need to address & Change. The garlic Knots are Divine! Your plant-based "meats & cheeses" are Unbelievably Great, especially in the sandwiches & entrees. But, Here's what i Hate- Your pizzas are ALWAYS SOGGY!!! I'm talking Drippy! Guys: NO ONE WANTS WET, SOGGY PIZZA - THAT EVEN WHEN REHEATED is Not Crispy like it should be. Since there's inadequate seating for eat-in, i have to get Take-out; So i Call to order & frequently the phone rings & Rings/No one answers! So i have to Drive there to order. Your waits can be lengthy & frankly, who wants to sit in the Car for a minimum of an HOUR or longer??!! We've even waited almost 2 hours! Price-wise, our dinner takeout for 2 adults Always exceeds $50++, & This does NOT include any Beverages, Alcohol or Desserts- which is something ELSE we have to Find, Pick up & Pay Extra for. This all amounts up to spending a LOT more than what i have budgeted for a Sunday or Monday night of Take-Out Pizza!!! Are you starting to understand what i'm saying here??? When you expend all this Time, Energy & Money & then u end up with Soggy pizza. . UGH! How i long to have your healthy vegan food in a peaceful place where i can sit down, enjoy your Cheezzy fresh Garlic knots with a glass of wine & Devour Hot crispy vegan pizza. I hope you can successfully address & Improve these concerns because your Restaurant truly MATTERS to...

I've been here more times than I can count after one of my friends invited me to eat here back in 2019. The vegan lasagna is fantastic, will last you two days if you have it yourself or you can even share it with someone. The price has gone up for sure... not sure it's worth that much. Maybe $20 but it's up to $30 something. The vegan vodka penne broccoli dish is to die for! The portions at this place are awesome so it makes it hard to argue the prices. It seems like they use a whole box of penne for this dish, so it is a very sharable portion. The minestrone soup is yummy yummy! The vegan garlic rolls... are good but not my favorite sometimes they put too much seasoning leaving it inedible. The vegan pizza is great, taste good makes you want to grab another slice. We order the large and are always satisfied but it does hurt my pockets to pay almost $35 for pizza. The toppings are expensive but they do put a decent amount of it on... They used to make the BEST vegan chocolate cake, HUGE, and moist and unfortunately they seem to have changed the recipe (super dry cake) and now it's a very small piece for $8! Disappointing. Moral of the story is if you have money and are craving some Italian food, then go all out but if you're on a budget, I suggest a pasta dish to share with your friend.
