My son is Autistic and I picked him up from dad's for a breather. I ask him what he wanted to eat, he said BK. He ordered on the kiosk and ordered mozzarella fries, cookies and a value drink. I ordered a Viking sundae from the How to train a Dragon food options. So after waiting about 5 mins and telling my son to listen for his name for his food (which the manager and the cashier heard me tell him) the manager comes and said "there's no mozzarella sticks" if you know autistic children you know when they have they're mind on something that's it's hard to change it. I convince him to get chicken fries, I tell the manager. She comes back after a couple mins with the chicken fries and just places them on the counter and walks away. She heard the convo between my son and she couldn't even say his name for the order. An order which was incomplete. When I asked for my sundae the drive thru girl that was wandering in the front asks super rudely "what's her order" like if I wanted something free or was trying to scam her. I finally got my sundae and the nicer front cashier tells me they dont have the right cups for the sundae. So basically im paying this company to make food I have to order on a kiosks, for them not to have the items I order (due to poor management) which they are promoting for a movie and a side of rudeness. Read moreArrived at the drive thru. Had to say “ Hello” twice after waiting for someone to take my order finally placed an order at 11:03 am in the drive thru. Drove up paid. Guy gives me my Diet Coke. Was asked to park in a space they will bring the rest of the order to me. No one comes out for 20 minutes. I then get out of my car and go into the building and they haven’t even started my order. There were only 2 people ahead of me when I arrived. I tell them I’m late for work now. The shift manager says “why didn’t I say I was going to be late” and I’m like “why do I need to tell you that ? My order should have been ready within 5 minutes. She said they were “changing shifts” which has absolutely no concern for me whatsoever. There needs to be better communication with customers and time management between the associates to process a drive thru order in an efficient time frame. I finally received my order at 11:37 am. 34 minutes after I placed it. Drove 5 minutes to my work and I was late arriving there. Get to my desk and Finally able to eat my impossible burger. Fries were cold. Drink was watered down after waiting so long. Ugh. I will never go there again and I advise everyone to do the same. It’s definitely not worth your time. Read moreWell to start off with the first time I download the app for Burger King the store is not far from my home at all finally get the order we order a Whopper with cheese and onion rings in place of the fries and the chocolate milkshake in place of the soda. when I order comes I noticed there's no drink and I asked the driver where's our drink at he says, I don't know that's what they gave me - turns out in the bag was two Whoppers with cheese one with onion rings and one with french fries no drink so that means the next person he goes to deliver to get 2 drinks and no meal no food then I tried to call the Burger King that's listed all over the internet/website and all the recordings say it's no service how do I fix this problem? is it that I just don't go to that store anymore because we quit going to that store that location for almost a year because of the problems the service the attitudes the drive through walking in at the counter hearing arguments from the employees yelling at people at the drive-thru and then we finally go back again but order through the app and still it's not correct still disappointed I'd rather just try McDonald's out and delete Burger King app completely. What's a damn shame is I've read the reviews on this store and it's ALL BAD. What a waste of property having this Burger King there....
