I don't get what the complaints are about, because they must have come at the wrong time I guess. Every time I come in here it is to pick up my daughter's order and it is always immediately ready and the person that works there late night is always super nice. I've also ordered from the subway plenty of time since I live nearby and have never been disappointed. Also, if you call to customize your order in any way, they will do it for you with no problems as long as it's a reasonable request for the price you paid. Once again, as a delivery person, this is the only chain restaurant nearby that will remake the order without giving you any problems about it or requiring that a ticket be printed or whatever the case may be. It is much more one to one and I think that if you put out positive energy then you will receive it back. Of course, I also understand lazy employees messed up the positive vibes. Read moreSo I work from home and really don’t have time to go and grab lunch on a 30 minute break and i wanted something different from what I already have home so I go to subway app and place my order for a foot long Black Forest ham sub extra Mayo and yellow mustard I love how they catered to their customers craving, the sub was fresh and toasted just perfect I was truly satisfied with my order the only issue I have is that when you put leave at door and contactless delivery the drivers are not seeing it on their end it tell them to call and because I’m on the phones it’s an inconvenience and most of the drivers don’t understand English so when you tell them on the phone to leave at the door they still knock and knock that really gets me because my clients can hear the continues knocking and if you don’t answer they’ll try leaving with your order instead of leaving it. Read moreThe Reason for me giving this Review is because I have never experienced anything like this at any other Subway. I usually order through apps. But on this particular location. I have to Remind them to put napkins or to put my sandwich in a secure bag if is raining. If I don’t call ahead I never get it. So on this particular day I called August this year I am always courteous. I asked For napkins but I sensed the young man didn’t like it. Needless to say. My order arrived with no napkins . so much salt and pepper that it wasn’t edible. I ask for the manager later on and was told he was on permanent leave. I call corporate 4 times and so far it’s been 3 weeks and nothing. My advice is don’t ask for extra things even if you’re entitled to. I also believe in being a good customer.
