Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Holmdel Township

I purchased 3subs with extra meat. I did take out and ordered on the phone.when I got home it was pathetic. On the half of roast beef there was 2pieces on one side and 1 piece on the other. I check the rest of the subs and they were just as bad. I paid for extra meat and there was none. I called and the person who answered the phone was polite and apologized. He said he would replace the subs at no cost, I replied I will be there I'm 10mins. When I walked in and told the young man who I was, he grab the bag on the counter and threw it at me. I took a picture of the sub, I told him would u like to see the pictures. He rudely said no I don't need to see them and walked away. He was very disrespectful and had a bad attitude. I'm now going to go to a different Jersey Mike's in my area. Moral of the story , if you don't like your job QUIT. VERY...

I have had issues in the past. Seems every time I order a regular sandwich, depending on who cuts the bread in "half" the size of my sandwich varies. There is no consistency for the dollars spent. Not to mention, I always order the same thing but the price changes every time (regular sandwich and small drink), when I check out. Today tipped me over the edge. I ordered a regular tuna and a small drink. I presented a $2.00 off coupon for a regular or a giant sandwich. My total came to $8.30? When I questioned the clerk, he added the sandwich WITH TAX and the small drink WITH TAX, then deducted $2.00. Are you kidding? The coupon called for $2.00 off the price of a sandwich - PERIOD What a scam! The $2.00 should be deducted from the retail of the sandwich not the grand total. Update & Response to owner: we were there 11 days ago. Glad you fixed it TODAY. But the people who work there told me it was ongoing for 3 weeks. Saving yourself with a lie is sad.

Going and eating here in the winter is like sitting outside without the wind. Went last week. It's January. It was 40 degrees in that store. We asked the guys working if it was on purpose to keep people from eating there, they told us the heat is broken. They've called corporate several times every week, and corporate has done nothing about it. The food is great. The staff is friendly. The store is freezing. Take it to go so you don't freeze to death. I feel really bad for the people working there. SHAME ON YOU...
