They recently opened back up, so we've been wanting to check them out. Wife and I walked in and ordered to go. I was told 20-25 minutes wait. We ordered, paid, and walked outside to enjoy the nice day. Walked back in after 25 minutes and the host came and asked me my name and then said another 25 minutes. They didn't even put my order in despite me paying.
They were super apologetic and the food was great...seemed like a good time to give a coupon out though. If the food wasn't great, there's 0% chance we return; however, the only good Asian cuisine around so we will still return. I'll update review then.///update, food is still great, service and atmosphere is still not. Menu needs updating, both in store and online. Employees need more training on menu and knowing how long food will take. The 3rd party system they use to order online only has a handful of items available to order.///update again, was told a 35 minute wait and it's currently been over 50. I have never ever ever waited longer than told at other Thai restaurants, in fact it's almost always done early.
They make great food, but they have no idea how to run...
Read moreUpdate below Great food…if you can get an order in. I cannot be the only person who calls and sits on hold for ever, and never gets an answer. Also - they never update their hours when they randomly decide to close…very, very frustrating.
Update Lowering to 1 star….2 months ago I attempted again to place an order, called, order placed, and was told it would be 35 minutes. Knowing that they always underestimate their wait times, I left my house after 35 minutes. When I arrived, I was told it would be an additional 10 minutes. I returned to my vehicle and waited 15 minutes, checked back in and was told that it would be ANOTHER 15 minutes! I told them to cancel the order and walked out.
Fast forward 2 months after swearing this place off, a co-worker convinced me to try again. It’s a Saturday afternoon, during their business hours, and no one is answering the phone. Having experienced this before where they are open but don’t answer the phone, we drove past to find a sign on the front door…”closed 5-8 today”. Maybe I’m just unlucky? Never had such challenges trying to give...
Read moreI've eaten here many times from grand opening to now. They have improved with their service and food. The reason I am giving them a four star is because their food is some times inconsistent. I went two months ago and all my dishes tasted sweet and the same. I had ordered pho, papaya salad and pad thai.
I went back a month ago and all the dishes tasted very good. The pho had a beefy savory broth, their pad thai had a sweet/sour taste, the curry soup had an amazing combination of flavors.
The restaurant is small. It has about six tables, so it can get busy and wait time can be long. Really depends on what time you go. I've tried their pad thai, curry noodle soup, curry soup, pho, Bahn mi, drunken noodles and Pad see ew. I would say my favorite is drunken noodles and the curry soup. It always tastes the same each time I go. They over garnish their pad thai with beansprouts, so ask for less. The bahn mi is okay, could use more flavor to it. Pho can be a hit or miss. Pad see ew is good but can taste very salty.
I would recommend coming here if you want some...
