TERRIBLE experience resulting in ruined flooring and poor customer service. We are still 6 MONTHS later dealing with this issue.
I have never written a review, so this encounter truly was trying enough to share our experience. We purchased a couch from King and upon delivery, the couch was dropped on our floor (that was installed one week prior), ruining a large portion of it. My husband tried to get ahold of the manager, which took 2 weeks of calling daily until finally, he needed to go into the store in person and wait to speak with him. Upon explaining the situation, the manager questioned him stating he "had no proof" and "how are you sure you didn't ruin the floor yourself." He needed someone to come to our house to take his own pictures to ensure we "weren't making it up." After this, it took weeks of us continuing to reach out to see what was going to be done. Eventually, we were able to get a new piece of flooring delivered (which we had to fight to have King even pay for), which was installed by one of the owner's family members. He accidentally ruined the flooring with the install and upon leaving stated, "someone will call you." It has now been 3 weeks since this second destruction of our flooring and we have yet to hear from King. I've been waiting to write a review until the ordeal was solved, but at this point, we are needing to take matters into our own hands - buy new flooring and hire a professional to install as a result of King's mistakes (out of our own pockets).
Overall, this has been a terrible experience and we are still dealing with missing flooring. We will not be purchasing any additional furniture from King and would actively recommend people avoid...
Read moreBE WARNED!!! My co-worker is the neice of the owners of this place. She suggested I should buy my furniture here. I bought 2 rocker gliders for over $700 each. One chair worked great, the other broke within a couple weeks. They ordered a part that took a couple months to come in and then repaired it. The technician scratched my brand new flooring and had to fill it in with some colored wax. The same chair eventually broke again in a couple weeks. They came to fix it again and the technician told me he has the most problems with these chairs. I told him that's not what the salesman said because I asked how reliable the chairs are. The technician replied that the salesemen are not the ones repairing them. He ordered another part that took over a month and then repaiired it again, but this time CHARGED me for it! Now, the chair broke again and they want me to pay to fix it again and are blaming me for the issue. If you sit in the chair, you can feel that it is not the same as the one that has worked fine.
If they treat friends of the family this way, how do they treat their other customers? This is the most pathetic company and family I have...

Nancy showed me the inventory and then the fabrics available if I wanted to customize something that I liked. She introduced me to her entire team that was there that day! I brought multiple designs and color samples home to match our color scheme. When I returned with our ideas a week later, she helped assist in making the perfect custom order that fit our home and matched our color scheme. She went above and beyond! When it was ready for delivery, the team was careful and super helpful putting our dream to reality in our living room. All around great company and team!
