China House — Restaurant in Holyoke

So today I call to order what I've been ordering for the past 15 years and today they decided to charge me $18+. Last week when I ordered they charge me $17+ and the week before that they charged me $15 bucks even. So I ask him why am I being charged almost $19 dollars for the same thing I order last week? He stood quiet and started gagging and said IDK! The computer picked it. Mind you, I order the cheapest rice which is the plain rice and you are going to charge more? Like, really? That makes no sense. So he gets stress out and tells me that I have to go over there and order because he doesn't know and hangs up in my face! I call back and ask him to put someone else on the phone and he says no one else can take your order and hangs up in my face again! On top that I am being ripped off, I also have to deal with poor work ethic...

Worst service ever ordered close to $30 worth of food for a delivery they took over a hour and a half to deliver. The most upsetting part about it was that I live on a 3rd floor and the delivery driver pulls in with out me knowing it was the delivery driver. Person just honks horn while being on the Bluetooth of her car having a conversation does not bother getting out of the car while I’m home with a injured foot can barely walk. Would have been nice if the person instead of sitting in her car chit chatting would actually get out of her car and do the work that she is being paid for to do. Called the restaurant and all they had to say was sorry it’s a shame how business owners handle stuff like that they don’t care about...

I ordered the food in front of the restaurant, not even a minute had passed, I went in to pay and wait for the food and like magic my order was ready, it arrived at my house as soon as I opened the order the chicken stank, it was spoiled, the smell was disgusting, I called them to let them know and I had to talk to 3 different people who in the end did not return my money or tell me anything, only that I brought the food back. I am going to make a complaint to the health department, my sister once ended up hospitalized after eating at that place, I do not recommend it, I would give it a 0 but I gave it 1 because the zero...
