Is sad to say but is not the first Dunkin I visit and I hear these young folks working on their cell phones & using fowl language while tending to the Customers in the drive through and also inside the gas station . Today I had to wait for more than 20 min for a small coffee while others that came after me at the Drive through and inside Got their order first ! The worker who was too busy on her cell phone arguing forgot my order!!! I had to ask Twice for my order before one of their workers notice the coffee with the tag was sitting there & she decided to do The latte !!! I ask myself where is the manager ? Where is the good customer service ? Do they train these people when they hire them ? And sad to Say. But while I was there I saw a female That knew everyone there stop by with several items in her hand and also marijuana ! She asked for a Dunkin bag to put the items in it ! And the worker took the bag and handed over to another worker !
First time I see someone handing over marijuana to a worker at Dunkin in front of customers who are waiting for their orders !! Where is the manager of this store or the supervisor ???
What is happening in this world we live in ! Times have truly change ! Back in the days you wouldn’t see people on their phones in the work place ! They would not be using fowl language nor be handing over marijuana at a work place !!! Where are the morals and values and respect of this young...
Read moreHands down the worst Dunkin in the area. The one up by the mall is a close second. This one, however, has the crappiest customer service I've seen in ANY Dunkin, and that’s really saying something. I get it, I shouldn’t have high standards for fast food, but can you really blame me? It’s a bunch of teens/young adults my age who think working the bare minimum is all the effort they have to exhibit. The managers know what they’re doing, but the kids do not. It seems every time I’m in there, they’re training new people. I wonder why.
I work up the street and put in a mobile order (for a bagel) maybe a couple times a week, around 7am and go to pick it up, and end up standing in there for 10-15 minutes at the very front of the pickup line, waiting for one of the 5 workers to do their job. No one will even acknowledge that I exist right in front of their face and it’s astonishing. Recently, I watched 3 people make big orders at the register, and I was just standing there at the front of the pickup line while they took their sweet time to trudge around. They make the food, but I just watch it sit there while they twirl around and prioritize the drive thru.
Lack of communication seems to plague this industry, and this location is a great example of that. Go elsewhere and save yourself...
Read moreI recently visited Dunkin', and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. It's disappointing to write a negative review, but I feel it's important to share my honest feedback.
Firstly, the service was exceptionally slow. It took an unreasonable amount of time for me to place my order and receive my coffee and donuts. The staff seemed disorganized and overwhelmed, making the wait even more frustrating.
Secondly, the order accuracy was a major issue. Not only was my coffee lukewarm, but my order was also missing items that I had clearly requested. It's frustrating to pay for something and not receive what you ordered.
Lastly, the staff's attitude was less than welcoming. I felt like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Friendliness and courtesy go a long way in customer service, and this was severely lacking during my visit.
In conclusion, my recent visit to Dunkin' Donuts was far from pleasant. Slow service, order inaccuracies, and an unfriendly atmosphere all contributed to a negative experience. I hope this feedback can help the management address these issues and improve their service quality. As a customer, I expect better...
