I'll keep it simple. They oversalt everything and their chicken is overcooked and feels like your biting into a brick of salt.
As a huge Chipotle fan I was generally excited for a location to open up on Homer Glen. I can tell you that this location specifically is a hit or miss. More of a miss as of late...
It doesn't matter the time I come in but this location just isn't making the best Chipotle.
I generally order a burrito with extra chicken. Last time my 3 friends and I came here to eat we could all agree that it had to be some of the most saltiest chicken/Chipotle we've ever eaten. Not only that, it's not the usually juicy chicken your used too. It's dry and overcooked. And I don't think it's just the chicken I think they're oversalting the rice too and everything else too.
I'll from now on be making extra 15 minute drive to the Orland Park location because I'm tried of eating a brick of salt. Really sucks that the location near me doesn't know how to train its employees in making food.
Last time we went the lady wrapping all of my friends burritos tore all 3 out of the 4 burritos. We all had to get it double wrapped which isn't fun unless you like biting into a super fat tortilla.
Not only that but they tend to skimp on the portions too. I can live with that long as my food doesn't require me to drink 5 water cups.
IF YOUR READING THIS AND YOU WORK HEAR CHILL ON THE SALT PLEASE AND THANK YOU A HUGE...
Read moreI placed order for sofritas one large foil tray on Friday and the guy who took my order asked for how many people and I said 25. But I Told him I still want one full tray because there might be more people eating it. And said he will give it in there container so two containers that is size of half trays. I agreed that it will be enough for one full tray. I asked for the price and he clearly said $35 each tray so total $70. I even offered to pay at that time and he said no his manager said to pay when I come to pickup next day.
Today when I went there they were only giving me one small tray and charging me $82.50 for one of that and I mentioned that’s not what I was told yesterday and the manager said that there employee misunderstood me and I told them it’s for 25 people. And I kept telling them that I had told him that doesn’t matter how many people I need one full tray. But they kept telling me that’s not how it works. Well there employee Misunderstood so they should’ve honored the price but they kept arguing and telling me that I’m not trying or doesn’t want to understand what they’re saying. I left the place very very unhappy. I order from this chipotle all the time through Uber eats or door dash. But they lost me as there customer. I don’t even want to give...
Read moreDisgusting food and a filthy restaurant. I will never carry out from this restaurant again, I will drive the extra distance to go to the Orland Park location. I went to order several different burritos and when Michael went to go make the second burrito they were out of chicken so he was scraping up what ever scraps that were left to put on my burrito bowl. When I went to give him my last order which was chicken tacos he literally scrapped as much black stuff off the bottom of the container he could to pass as chicken. At that point I got angry and asked him to wait until he had more chicken and not scrap the scraps up to give me. The counters were full of spilled food and guacamole was smeared all over the counter also. When I asked to speak to a manager they said there wasn't one there at this time and offered me her cell phone number. I told her that I would follow up when she was in the business and not call her on her cell phone. On the way out all three garbage cans were overflowing and there was garbage on the floor. It was a horrible experience, my food is cold and it was just disgusting all the way around and I will never be back to this...
