Went there last night and ordered a milk shake and swirl cone. He asked if he could put one flavor on top of the other instead of a swirl, I said that's fine. I'm not picky. I'm glad he did what he did, because the second I tasted the chocolate I spit it out. It had a strange, metallic taste to it and something just wasn't right. I got home, scooped off all the chocolate into a bowl and tried the vanilla. It was fine. I left that chocolate in a bowl overnight and it did. Not. Melt. I stirred it, and it just stayed chunky. Read moreI went there today .There was about 15 sandwiches (types of chicken or hot dogs) 8 of the choices were, "coming soon." My crispy chicken sandwich was microwaved with the lettuce inside it & the bun was too hot to hold. Not exactly crispy. Fries were hot & tasty. I went to use the ladies room and a man was using it. He even left the toilet to seat up for me. The men's room was out of order. The two cashiers are always hidden. I never saw them unless another customer came in. Not cordial.....i instigated conversation. We discussed the fact that they can't sell their "Brazier hamburgers because McDonald's is 500 ft. away. Needless to say I will not be going back to this Dairy Queen...
Read moreWe paid for a dipped cone and they refused to dip the cone and they refused to issue a refund on their end. Patel (a worker) was screaming at me for wanting my item. All while i was on the phone with Dairy Queen customer service. They heard her screaming at me over a $4 ice cream. They helped me file a report. They said they dont have enough money in the building for a $4 refund?? Will not be coming back. If your workers hage tbeir jobs they should not be employed here especially when there was children in the lobby...
