I was an employee here. I was harassed from a customer one time, and another employee constantly harassed me. The customer asked me sexual questions and even grabbed my hand and kissed it. I told my team member Will and also my boss that worked night shift both laughed and didn’t do anything about the situation one even said you sure it wasn’t our night cleaner and then laughed it off. I just let it go and tried not to let it bother me. Then the employee that harassed me would come in on his non work hours and bug me in my aisle well I was trying to work. I told my team member will but he did nothing AGAIN. My night shift boss even went as far as making it a joke and telling me hey from down the aisle you going to let so and so take you out for some drinks and laughing as if it’s one big joke. I didn’t show up one day cause I couldnt take the other employee harassing me. I happened to hear that this employee harassed another girl that worked there that he was talked to about before. I happened to hear that the main boss talk to him about bothering me in my aisle to stop! Thank god someone tried to actually do something of the sort and I thank him for that action cause he was the only one that tried to help! Even after the main boss talked to him he would still harass me. After the day I missed, 7 days passed I worked the whole night and will my manager told me when I clocked out he had to let me go because of the day I missed 7 days ago. I mean I get the day of that’s fine but being harassed and I’m the one to be let go? So my main boss asked if I would like another opening I took it cause I was so happy I would get away from the employee harassing me different hours and a different side of the building. WRONG! He found me! Once I was done with work I got in my car and drove home only to find once I pulled in my driveway the man was behind me and followed me home!!!!! I was scared to talk to anyone again and again about him harassing me when all they did was laugh about it. I loved my job and what I did I loved the employee’s they were like family (besides the stalker and the managers) but this place does absolutely nothing about harassment I was so scared to even show up to work again being that I was followed home this time so I quit for good. My manager will was always super rude to me and would always tell me I’m going too slow id literally be breaking a sweat well putting up the bags of sugar on a pallet filled with them. Well other employees told me they wouldn’t clock out and take hour long breaks yet my manger would be Hassling me and not them. There’s even a employee thats extremely late everyday but since the manager and him are good friends and play video games after work he lets the kid do whatever he likes. My manger will would always be on the phone constantly I got more work done than he would get done being on the phone constantly texting for crying out loud I just heard he even totaled his car cause he never gets off that phone. I’m glad he’s okay hopefully he will learn from his mistake. I just hope the next girl being harassed from this employee they do something! I’m the second girl he’s harassed who knows there could have been more. I still see this guy drive past my house I don’t know what else to do beside maybe call the cops now. I had another manager Kathy I heard from the lady’s that work with her that she shoved a cart at one and wipped a box at the others head I wouldn’t understand how she could still be employed...

ETA Dealt with this clown of a woman again . (3/29/23) she refuses to sell me a plant because it was 24.99 and she thought it should be at least $50! So she basically took it from me and didn't sell it. Even though its price was 24.99 (verified by 2 stock persons who confirmed the price) She refused to check with anyone else and said she is the only one working in the entire store. She then berated me and tried to yell and argue while I walked away after checking out my $250 grocery shopping Lol. She is just a nasty rude person that makes me skip shopping at Meijer all together! Wow. Just wow. Meijer you should be embarrassed hiring people unfit for anything related with customer service. (2022) Although a loyal customer of Meijer for generally being a Nice neighborhood store - where you can buy anything and everything. Im rethinking my options.... The customer service is awful. Marzanna (I think is the woman's name) should not work in customer service EVER. She is gets quickly frustrated almost fuming - very condescending, VERY rude, rolls her eyes and just walks off and leaves. Refuses to understand Meijer own price tags and what is written on them. Cannot comprehend what is being asked gets frustrated. Leaves. Very rude. She then talks about customers pointing to them to another front end manager who just eyes you from top to bottom, but and ignores the customer issue just the same without offering resolve. Read moreThe pharmacy is full of kind women. The pharmacist was tough to deal with at first, but after a conversation, I was able to understand why my prescription was always delayed. Turned out my insurance company will not process my prescription until the day the refill is due, making it impossible for the pharmacist to order it ahead of time so it was available for pick up the day I run out. And being I am the only person taking this dosage and medication, she can't order it knowing she can sell it if I don't pay. So we talked, and I advised her whether the insurance paid or not, we would pay for and pick up the drug. This allowed her to pre-order the dosage and have it there the day it was due. The openness to talk and find a solution together gave me rebuilt appreciation for the way they have to work. It isn't the pharmacist fault if my insurance won't pay up front, so all we needed was an agreement I was going to pay regardless and that allowed her to work around my insurance limitations and policies that made no sense . I give the meijer pharmacist an A++ for working with her customers to find solutions together !! It's refreshing not to hear "that's our policy" but instead to hear " how can I help you work around this" I have never had a late prescription since that...
