I come here about almost everyday for iced coffee, this has been my main/ closest location to me since I’ve moved here four years ago and not ever have I’ve been treated the way I was here. The only person who truly cares sometimes is the guy, he is awesome but everyone else It seems like the employees only really care about them selfs, so today (7/7/25)she takes my order with out typing it in and then repeats what I said but wrong so I have to correct my self again , then in payment process asks me if I wanted a receipt I said yes, she said she was talking in the drive thru but she’s working up in the front counter it don’t make sense so I said okay it’s fine I understand and she takes my receipt and crumbles it in her hand, and I told her and my receipt? And she tried to say that I said no when I never did. Also proceeds to hand me an iced coffee that was not filled up to the minimum like but actually below it, so if your a manager trying to scam her customers by giving less product at least not make it noticeable by adding more ice, but no she didn’t even do that. I had to add ice from the soda machine. In the picture I included my finger is where the coffee was before I added ice, after it was where it should have been at the minimum line. Read moreThis dunkin used to be good. Now they have hired people that know nothing about dunkin. I asked for chocolate with sprinkles and vanilla with sprinkles at 9:40 on a Saturday morning in the drive thru. Response I get is we don't have those and then silence. No recommendations on similar donuts that they actually have. It takes two people to explain what donuts they do have in stock. I pull up to window they try handing me a hot chocolate. Get the order straightened out, they hand me a bag with two vanilla long John's, not one chocolate and one vanilla. They overcharge me (yes I was a frequent visitor before today and know what it should have been). I ask for a receipt and girl looks flustered as I have been at the window for 2 minutes already. She asks 2 or 3 other people working and finally responds back with we can't give you one... Huh? Read moreWell this used to be my go to DD. Used to have awesomely trained crews that were fast, friendly, and accurate. Today it's very slow there no sense of efficiency.
Now I go to the DD by meier up the street. They now are much better than ever and better than this one now and hey I am seeing some of the rockstar staff who said they were let go from this one over at meier. When you have awesome service staff you do what you.can to keep them. Not run them off.
