The worst experience of my life and my first MRI. I researched via Google and was confident about going and a tad worried about the closed space. Iwish I could give 0 stars I would but the other staff besides they tech doing the MRI he was awful, were excellent understanding and patient. I will admit I was running late due to streets being closed for flooding & having to take a important call. I will admit the two young women helping me were awesome they made sure I was comfortable and secure in each machine because I was to claustrophobic for the first one. They put me in the other machine which was fine. The machine begins and I was ok, he then proceeds to play rock and roll music and I began to panic. I squeeze the call but once no response, I squeeze it again no response, I begin to try to call myself because now I dont know if something is wrong in the medical office. I squeeze for a third and fourth time no response. A few minutes later he comes in asking if everything is ok, while crying and with a raised voice I asked him to please turn the music off it is not relaxing and I've been panicking for the last 10 minutes. He says oh I didnt hear the call button go off. I'm literally crying in the machine and trying to get it over with. Trying to calm myself so that he doesn't have to keep shooting the images. I'm trying to remain calm because no need to go off on a tech. So once I leave I ask the front desk people to give me the number to management. They dont have any business cards so they give me a brochure. They ask me what's wrong and I literally breakdown crying telling them about my experience. Hopefully I never have to get another MRI because i will tell my insurance to send me somewhere else. Really has put a sour taste in my mouth for all...

My daughter needed an MRI w/ contrast for her hip. Naturally she Googled everything and thought the MRI procedure would be the end of her life. HOMER GLEN IMAGING TO THE RESCUE!!!

The staff is amazing!!!! They were the best at taking care of my daughter. She was so scared about the injection that she was shaking. Jessica explained the procedure in detail and stayed with her the whole way. No pain just a little pinch. The MRI techs were the best. Very professional but also keeping the mood light since MRI’s can be a bit intimidating. Front desk was quick and thorough making sure everything was set and ready to go. Everyone knocked it out of the park. Thank you 😊

DO NOT GO HERE! I work 8:30a to 5:00p. I made an appointment for 5:30p and planned to leave my work early at 4:30p in order to make my appointment. Homer Glen Imaging called me 3 times to come in earlier because the Tech was running ahead of schedule on the day of my appointment. Homer Glen Imaging then called me a 4th time CANCELLING MY APPOINTMENT! The fact that the Tech was running ahead of schedule IS NOT MY FAULT. The Tech should stay the whole day because they are getting paid to do so as well as for these reasons: (1) in case of emergencies; and (2) to honor appointments made that day. This is baloney. DO...
