Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Homestead

Placed an order today over their site for three pizzas and pay more than they should have charge for it. I ordered a pizza with a stuffed pretzel crust and what I got was a $5.55 pizza for the price of a pretzel crust to what they only added a tiny bit of salt to it. $9.99 for a bit of salt is not correct. This should be consider a fraud perishable by law. They are taking the consumer for a ride and we should not allow it to happen. took a slice out not even a stuffed crust. The owners pride them selves of being good Christians but they have not shown it in their business practices. I have not found a way to contact corporate to let my concerns known. This has to stop. I buy once a week for my children because the economy and on average I spend $24.00 a week that rounds up to $100.00 a month. I am going to change that and make it a once or two tines a month event and go to VICENTE'S PIZZERIA here in Homestead and have a really good 20" New York style pizza with garlic rolls and a two letter soda for $32.00 two times a week and save my self...

They have a restroom as soon as you came through the door to the right with the woman/men sign on it, it does not say only for employees yet they refused to let me and my child inside even though we purchased the whole shabang there over 40$ in food. Wow this is terrible customer service. This is not how you treat the public the people that are paying you in order for y'all to have jobs. Totally unacceptable. I wish I would have demanded a refund because I was Soo upset I walked out. But my kid was hungry and had to pee. I ordered a light sauce pizza with crazy bread at 8:51 and was told the wait would be 10 minutes. I arrive to the cash register at 9:05 thinking it was ready. They told me it wasn’t done. After waiting another 10 minutes I kept asking if my order was done. Once I was irritated and furious with the wait I asked the lady again for my order and she asked for my name again! I told her my name and told me there was no order under my name. She kept telling I probably called the wrong one but I always call the same little Cesar’s and I have the store saved on my phone. Honestly really disappointed with how things were handled and was not offered no credit or anything they had on hand or not even a manager.
