So today I decided to see what the hype was about for the new Target. The visit started off okay. Starbucks was great and the associates stocking the shelves were very nice. Everyone said hello, which is why I gave 1 🌟. I was in the store for about an hour or so... I wanted to see everything. I got a few items, but they were costly items. They might even be considered over priced to some. Nonetheless I thought they were cute. I started to go self check out, but decided to go to the register instead. The 1st cashier didn't speak English and asked for another associate to assist him. So I had (2) two cashiers ring me up together. I had to get a price adjustment for my gum, then I proceeded to exit the store. When I go out store the alarm goes off. The girl at door says don't worry about it. The alarm goes off like that when people exit. I look at her like she's crazy cause that doesn't make sense. It kept ringing, so I checked my bags. That is when I noticed that the associates had not removed the sensors off of any of the bathing suits that I purchased 😡. When I showed the girl she just smirked and said oh so sorry. I didn't think anything was funny. Then out of no where 2 marked police cars appeared outside which I am sure they called. I asked to speak the manager. Although she apologized I just feel like she didn't care either. Black people are suspected far more than others of wrong doing. I could have been shot and killed for items THAT I PAID FOR, because they didn't do their job. It was embarrassing and should not have happened especially when two people rang me up. So was it intentional or a mistake. This why I shop on line. For my experience today I give a 1 star 🌟 rating. If you choose to shop here, just make sure you check your items before departure. My 1st impression will be...
Read moreI only will continue to go to this store because it’s the only one in Homestead FL. I had a horrible experience with bringing my items out to my car which included a 70 inch TV, the wheels on the cart locked many feet away from my vehicle. I had to remove the TV myself and pull it the rest of the way to my vehicle. On one of my next visits to the store I approached a team member about the experience I had and I was told that the carts stop at the beginning of that part of the parking lot because that area doesn’t belong to Target (which that area has signage for Target). I then asked for a manager and was approached by Jenny and she confirmed that the area does belong to Target but they put the magnet to stop the carts beyond a certain point so that they wouldn’t roll against cars. This is absolutely a huge dissatisfyer for a shopper that is parking in the appropriate area expecting to reach their car with the cart from the store they just spent a lot of money in. Please someone do something about this and extend the range to the end of the parking lot so that everyone can go to their cars with the confidence that the cart will reach so they can place their items in their cars...
Read moreEvery time we go shopping, my husband and I must make a stop at Target. Or even if we are staying home, we shop online and have it shipped to our house. Today we visited Homestead Target around 8:30pm and we headed directly to the customer service area. We had bought a fanny pack online, it came damaged, I reported it and then I got my replacement in the mail. We still wanted to return the damaged item and so we did. Neither of us could see this girl’s name tag but I don’t think she was wearing one anyways. She was the rudest, most impolite young lady I have ever dealt with in customer service. Rolling her eyes, face gestures and expressions of annoyance. We felt so uncomfortable and upset as how disrespectful and dismissive she was being. Extremely...
